Door Kickers

Do you actually have any screenshots for this game? You wrote down a lot of information but there are no screenshots. --Ben41 (talk) 17:10, 16 February 2016 (EST)

Ben41, I am still considering what screenshots would be worthy to add, which ones should I take care first and which ones should I bother last. This is a top-down 2D tactical game, so the actual gameplay screenshots are not that much interesting, as the “feel” of the firearm you obtain after some number of encounters is (disclaimer: spent >200 hours playing this game). The naturally worthy screenshots are the in-game pictures of every weapon mentioned, and I am considering using the official Door Kickers Wikia as a source for them; some examples: SIX12, MK 16, MP7. At some point I'll add the proper Video Game header to the page as well. amyodov (talk) 17:39, 16 February 2016 (EST)

re:Brügger & Thomet VP9

With this company their name is rather inconsistent, and has been Brügger & Thomet, B&T or B+T so for the sake of simplicity and consistency on different pages it is easier just to stick to the one (especially as something like B+T is just an abbreviation anyway to make spelling easier for foreign markets). As for the AG, this describes the type of company that they are and is not really relevant to the gun so we tend to omit this. For example, we do not call a gun a "Heckler & Koch GmbH MP5A2" or "Colt's Manufacturing LLC 1911". --commando552 (talk) 18:07, 16 February 2016 (EST)

commando552, I was wondering whether there is some “official company name” which could be derived from its legal registration (i.e. how do you refer to the company in the legal documents); but then I went to the HK site and found out they mention both “Heckler & Koch GmbH” and “HK AG” making it impossible to decide whether “Heckler & Koch” or “HK” is “more legal”; so I have to agree with you, let's stick with something and stay. At least until they start the official promo campaign “We are not any Brūggėr & Thõmêt, we are B&T!” --amyodov (talk) 18:25, 16 February 2016 (EST)
