Why are you getting rid of the picture of the SIG-Sauer P228 from the Burn Notice page? We always put up the picture of the gun along with the screencaps, just like on the rest of the page (and all of our pages). -Gunman69 18:47, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

Cause it's not at all the screen accurate gun, the standard image for the SIG P228 and SIG P229 has completely wrong grips Current one -http://www.imfdb.org/images/thumb/b/b4/Sig-Sauer-P228.jpg/400px-Sig-Sauer-P228.jpg Correct One -http://digitalsushi.com/midashi/website.mirrors/guns/world.guns.ru/handguns/sig-p228.jpg

If you would tell me how to add pictures (I'm new to the site) I'll put up the correct one on Burn Notice along with every other page I did this with.

The images aren't required to be perfectly accurate, and unless you have something to replace it with, I'm sure page primaries would be far more pleased if you left them as they are/were. --Crazycrankle 22:55, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

The P228 in that picture is one of MoviePropMaster's guns. Our rule is that you NEVER replace one of his pictures, because they're IMFDB's own. Please read the rules; I've already had to correct a bunch of edits you made that are either in violation, or done inconsiderately. -MT2008 23:54, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

adding pics

Look below.

File:File name
write text here

you get:

Screen shot 2010-06-14 at 10.09.14 PM.png

Also jpg are preferred pic type. PNG's take too much space. Hope this helps.--Predator20 02:31, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Thanks, I can upload them but every time I try to post them in the correct page it just comes up as a link.

When you go to edit this, take whats in the [[]] brackets above, along with the brackets and put it in the 24 page. Then copy it over and over and change the image file name to the other pics you uploaded.--Predator20 02:54, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

Please no PNG's.

When uploading your pics, please only JPG's as previously stated. Please convert your PNG's to JPG's and reupload. You can use a program like the "Faststone" Image Viewer or Microsoft Office Picture Manager to convert. Thanks. --Ben41 06:13, 15 June 2010 (UTC)

RE: 24: Redemption

MT2008 watch the scene again before you edit this when he put his hand in the box he is touching the CZ 52 but the next shot it's a Glock in his hands.

Next time, you put this on my Talk Page, just as I am doing now.

Anyway, since we do see him pick up the CZ 52 (but it becomes the Glock afterwards), then obviously, it's not accurate to say that he never picks it up. -MT2008 13:00, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

No PNG's! JPG's only

You are still uploading your screenshots as PNG's! JPG's only! Also, when putting your screenshots into the page, do not hyperlink them. The proper format is the following:

LOSVU 02.jpg

Where it says "LOSVU 02.jpg", insert the filename of your screenshot. Please follow this. Thanks. --Ben41 18:45, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

Do you need photo bucket or something?

No, you don't need that. Use a photo viewer program like Fast Stone Image Viewer that you can convert your PNG's to JPG's before you upload. Please reupload your pics as JPGs as well. --Ben41 21:54, 28 June 2010 (UTC)

GTA IV Glock

The Glock from Grand Theft Auto IV is actually a Glock 22, not a 17. I've provided screencaps of each weapon in this game (and the other GTA games) so that we can determine which weapon is used in the game so that we don't have to guess from the screencaps. Glock pistols are near identical to each other. The only tell as to which model it is is if you have a good view of the slide that shows the model # and the caliber. That's why we've been able to identify the GTA IV Glock as a Glock 22, regardless of what the script says or the magazine capacity. The previous GTA games have shown us that the makers of these games tend to be a bit inaccurate as far as the specifications of the weapon (like the M1911's in Vice City and San Andreas having 17-round magazines, which is very inaccurate). At IMFDB, we determine video game weapons (or really, any weapon) by looks, due to common script errors, continuity errors, etc. So we're going to keep it as a Glock 22 because that's what the creators based it off of. -Gunman69 03:55, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
