The Rat Patrol (1966-1968)

The Rat Patrol was a military action series that aired on ABC from 1966-1968. The series mostly revolved around a four man team of Allied troops (three Americans and one British) who travelled in two armed jeeps to harass the German army in the deserts of North Africa during World War II. The first season of the series was filmed in Spain and utilized the resources of the Spanish Army (much of which would later be seen in the film Patton). The second season was filmed in California.
