Colt 1851 Navy revolvers are seen throughout "The Magnificent Eight" (S1E11). Most of the revolvers in the series appear to be brass-framed copies of the Colt 1851 Navy revolver, which did not exist until the Italians started making them during the 1960s.
Nagant M1895
What appears to be a heavily modified Nagant M1895 is used by Captain Rip Hunter (Arthur Davrill) as his main sidearm with Jonah Hex (Johnathon Schaech) using one lent to him near the end of "The Magnificent Eight". The pistol is actually an Airsoft replica manufactured by Gletcher (the company logo is visible on the left side of the frame) which has had the ejector rod and housing removed, been fitted with a heavy barrel, and had LED lighting installed inside the cut out cylinder.
Reck Agent
A Reck Agent is used by Vandal Savage (Casper Crump) briefly in "Pilot, Part 2" (S1E02).
Remington 1875
What appears to be a Remington 1875 revolver is used by Jeb Stillwater (Brent Stait) in "The Magnificent Eight" (S1E11). This usage is slightly anachronistic, as the events of this episode take place in 1871, four year before the release of the Remington 1875.
Smith & Wesson Schofield Model 3
Smith & Wesson Schofield Model 3s with 5" barrels are used by Rip and Mick in "The Magnificent Eight" as their main sidearm.
Smith & Wesson Model 10HB

It is possible that this weapon is intended to be a FIM-92 Stinger as what appears to be a Stinger's IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) aerial is visible under the tube of the launcher, which would be anachronistic as the Stinger did not enter service until 1981.

A SPG-9 recoilless rifle is seen in "Legendary" mounted on a jeep in 1975.

Oneida Eagle Kestrel
The Oneida Eagle Kestrel is seen in the hands of Oliver Queen in "Pilot" (S1E01) and later with Connor Hawke in "Star City 2046" (S1E06).
Recurve Bow
Connor Hawke uses a recurve bow throughout "Star City 2046" (S1E06).
PSE Chaos AD
PSE Chaos AD are seen with League of Assassins ninjas as their main weapon in "Left Behind" (S1E09).
Special Weapons
Chronos' Laser Rifle
Chronos uses a laser rifle as his main weapon in pursuing Rip Hunter in the show. Although the weapon is fictional it does appear to feature components from real weapons, most notably the picatinny rails and the front sight "wings" which appear to be AR-15 front sight blocks.
Captain Cold's Cold Gun
Captain Cold uses the cold gun used back in the Flash.
Heatwave's Handheld Flamethrower
Heatwave uses the handheld flamethrower pistol he used back in the Flash. This weapon is built from a CAA Tactical RONI.
Rip Hunter's Laser Rifles
One of the Rip Hunters sent to assassinate Rip and the others use laser rifles with box-fed magazines as his main weapon.
Pilgrim's Pistol
The Pilgrim (Faye Kingslee) is seen with a pistol aimed at the back of a young Mick at the end of "The Magnificent Eight".
Time Masters Police Pistol
The Time Masters Police has some pistol used by its officers.
