The following weapons were used in Season 4 of Breaking Bad:
+
In the fourth season, working for Gus becomes increasingly difficult for Walter, so he tries to get out of him. Jesse is promoted to enforcer. The situation with the Cartel becomes critical, forcing Gus to take a radical step. Skyler accepts Walter's meth cooking, and works with Saul to launder his earnings. Hank, while recovering, tracks Gale's death to Gus and the drug trade. The season premiered on July 17, 2011.

4
Krazy 8 uses a S&W 4506 in "Pilot" (S1E01).  Not long after, Walt becomes its new owner before Jesse finally disposes of it in the following episode "Cat's in the Bag…" (S1E02).

Continuing the final scene of Season 3, Jesse (Aaron Paul) lowers his nickel Beretta 85F after firing at the beginning of "Box Cutter" (S4E01). Later, Victor confiscates the gun. Playing the FPS Rage in "Problem Dog" (S4E07) Jesse imagines himself once again when he committed his first murder with the Beretta.

Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz) uses a Jericho 941 R with a two-tone finish as his sidearm. In "Grilled" (S2E02), Jesse takes it from him while they are fighting on the ground and uses it to wound him. It is later buried in the desert in the following episode.

Beretta 92SB (Nickel)
 +
In "Salud" (S4E10), Mike (Jonathan Banks) picks up a nickel-plated Beretta 92SB from Don Eladio's dead henchman. This is a continuity error because this Beretta turns into the nickel-plated Kimar 92, which he uses from this point on into Season 5.

Glock 17
What appears to be the Glock 17 is carried by police officers, notably in "Live Free or Die" (S5E01). In "Madrigal" (S5E02), Chris (one of Mike's former men) uses one with a suppressor to kill Duane Chow.
+
Victor (Jeremiah Bitsui) continues to use the Glock 17 chasing Jesse in "Box Cutter" (S4E01). He also later carries it in the superlab. Two APD officers carry pistols in holsters in "Hermanos" (S4E08). Gus' enforcer (Kevin Wiggins) is armed with the Glock in the superlab, watching Jesse, at the end of "Face/Off" (S4E13).

Heckler & Koch Mark 23
DEA Agent Hank Schrader (Dean Norris) shows off his issue Glock 22 during the party in the first episode. He actually refers to it as a Glock 22 and praises the power of the .40-caliber round over 9x19mm (claiming to have seen the latter cartridge ricochet off a car windshield). He uses the Glock 22 in his shootout with Tuco in "Grilled" (S2E02). It can be seen occasionally throughout season two and three.

Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) continues to use his Heckler & Koch Mark 23 while protecting a Los Pollos Hermanos truck transporting methamphetamine at the beginning of "Bullet Points" (S4E04).

Kimar Model 92 (Nickel)
A Smith & Wesson 945 is used by rival drug dealer and by Walt to shoot the dealer after running him over.
+
In "Salud" (S4E10), in a continuity error, Mike's nickel Beretta 92SB turns into a Kimar Model 92 with a nickel finish and it has more of a shiny appearance as opposed to duller finish of the Beretta Inox. It's also standing in for the Beretta 92FS Inox.

Walter White (Bryan Cranston) examines the Ruger KP89 offered to him by arms dealer Lawson (Jim Beaver) at the beginning of "Thirty-Eight Snub" (S4E02). After seeing Walter's poor handling of the gun and holster, Lawton offers him a compact revolver. Cartel enforcer Joaquin Salamanca (Gabriel Nunez) shoots Mike and Jesse as they escape from Don Eladio's hacienda in "Salud" (S4E10). Two of Gus' enforcers named Harris Boivin and Raymond Martinez (both uncredited) with Rugers burst into the house looking for Walter in "Face Off" (S4E13).

Beretta 84F
Jesse buys and plans to use a Beretta 84F to take revenge on drug dealers who killed his friend, but he never fires it as Walt intervenes with his car. He later pulls the pistol on Gale in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13). In "Madrigal" (S5E02), Mike uses a supressed Berettah Cheetah to kill his former man Chris, at the conclusion of the episode he is seen checking it and later threatening the paranoid Madrigal executive Lydia with it.

Heckler & Koch Mark 23
A Heckler & Koch Mark 23 is used with a suppressor by Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) in Season 3's finale "Full Measure" (S3E13). The suppressor he uses is a fake "Hollywood suppressor" which screws into the barrel of the pistol (via the threading for the blank adapter), rather than onto the exterior threading. Mike uses the Mark 23 again in "Bullet Points" (S4E04) to take out a pair of Ciudad Juárez cartel gunmen who ambush a refrigerated truck transporting methamphetamine (though he uses it without the suppressor in this episode).

An Colt Woodsman is one of the weapons that Mike disposes of by throwing it into a well in "Say My Name" (S05E07). Although only the front portion of the pistol is seen so it is not possible to positively identified the specific model, the 4.5" barrel, high ramped front sight and the shape o the triger guard suggest it is likely a 2nd series "Sport".

Gus' enforcer named Chris Mara (Christopher King) snatches an unknown pistol when a shooting breaks out at the Los Pollos Hermanos farm in "Bug" (S4E09).

Ruger LCR
Ruger LCR
Walter White purchases a Ruger LCR from an illegal arms dealer (Jim Beaver) along with a leather I.W.B. holster in "Thirty-Eight Snub" (S4E02). The arms dealer recommends he load it with 158 grain hollow points for good stopping power, and also recommends he not cross draw unless he is sitting down. Although the Ruger is seen quite a bit in season 4, Walt only successfully uses it once. Walt later retrieves one from the soda machine in the car wash in the episode Confessions, and uses it to search his house for Jesse.

Walter White (Bryan Cranston) purchases a Ruger LCR from the arms dealer Lawson (Jim Beaver) for self-defense along with a leather I.W.B. holster at the beginning of "Thirty-Eight Snub" (S4E02). Lawson recommends he load it with 158 grain hollow points for good stopping power, and also recommends not cross draw unless he is sitting down.

+
Wanting to see Gus in person Walter arrives at the Los Pollos Hermanos restaurant in "Shotgun" (S4E05), taking the revolver with him. At the end of "End Times" (S4E12), Jesse (Aaron Paul) picks up the LCR and threatens Walter. In "Face/Off" (S4E13), Walter kills two of Gus' enforcers in the superlab with the revolver, saving Jesse, after which he destroys the gun along with the lab.

Specifically, the weapon appears to be a cut down 500AT; the stock has either been shortened to, or replaced with, a pistol grip, but the barrel appears to be original as it has the original bead sight (thereby narrowly escaping being a "short-barreled shotgun" for purposes of the 1934 National Firearms Act).
