Ruger LCR
The Ruger LCR (Lightweight Compact Revolver) is a polymer-framed revolver introduced by Ruger in 2009. It is available in .22 LR, .22 WMR, 9x19mm Parabellum, .327 Federal Magnum, .38 Special +P or .357 Magnum with factory options of Hogue Tamer, Hogue Boot or Crimson Trace Lasergrips, weighing 13 or 13.5 ounces with the .38 Special version and 17.1 ounces in .357 Magnum. It was an instant hit and popular for concealed carry. The .357 Magnum version was offered in 2010 after positive consumer feedback on the revolver and Taurus and Smith & Wesson quickly followed with competing models.
