Shalako is a 1968 British-German-Spanish western film directed by Edward Dmytryk and based on a novel by Louis L'Amour. Starring Sean Connery and Brigitte Bardot.

Sir Charles Daggett (Jack Hawkins) is equipped with a Remington-Keene Deluxe Sporter with a telescopic sight during the hunting expedition. The rifle looks very similar to the one seen in Joe Kidd.
