Danny Aiello (1933-2019) was an American actor who has appeared in such films as Hudson Hawk, 2 Days in the Valley, Léon: The Professional, Moonstruck and Do the Right Thing, a role for which he received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actor. He also was the father of actor Rick Aiello and the late actor/stunt performer Danny Aiello III. He passed away on December 12, 2019.
