The Beretta 1201 is an Italian semiautomatic shotgun that uses the inertia drive system. It has two main variants:
- 1201F : The civilian version with vent rib, interchangeable chokes, and adjustable length of pull and heel drop.
- 1201FP : The version designed for law enforcement with front blade sight, extended magazine tube, and short barrel with cylinder bore.
