About me

Arma Fennica 2, this book is pretty much responsible for my gun fanaticism

I'm a gunji otaku/miltech nerd of sorts. Two things that I love in life are guns and movies... some others also happen to be video games and anime. I've been a long time visitor of the wiki- since, hell, like 2008. I thought me and my know-how could be of use to the wiki's cause.

My love for guns came mainly for media I was exposed to - PS1 games like Metal Gear and Medal of Honor probably being the starting point for my habit.

Even at age of 11 I've researched guns, using the Finnish Arma Fennica 1 & 2 as help. My time with Arma Fennica changed my life and I've been reading stuff like Jane's, Greenhill Military Manuals, Twentieth-Century Small Arms and such ever since.

Also I own a fairly big Movie DVD/Blu-ray collection, and then quite a lot of games and TV shows.

I'm not an gun owner myself, but I do own handful of replica weapons, mainly Japanese high-detail BB guns.

I'm well-versed in History of modern small arms - what influenced what and who uses what - and I am very good at digging rare weapons from Internet. I have keen eye for detail and tons of passion. Also I am this big angel boy, so it isn't my style to light anybody's trousers on fire because I feel like it. My English can be a bit spotty at times, though - but I will listen and take it like a man if I make a mistake and will fix it.
