D80 bayonet
The same D80 bayonet, a Chinese copy of the Smith and Wesson Special Ops M9 bayonet, reused from the Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3 remakes appears once again as the "Combat Knife".

ACOG
The Trijicon 4x32 ACOG is featured as the "Scope". It is obtained for free if the player buys the Springfield M1903A4 rifle which comes with the scope at Chapter 2, if it is skipped, then it is available separately for 4000 pesetas in Chapter 3 onwards. It is incorrectly depicted as a two-stage magnification scope.
