The following guns were used in the film Cliffhanger:
Pistols
Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is first seen wielded by an US Treasury Agent to subdue FBI Agent Matheson. A second suppressed Beretta 92FS is seen used by the pilot of the Treasury plane. Several henchmen are also seen wielding the Beretta 92FS including Kristel (Caroline Goodall) and Delmar. Later Travers is seen wielding one instead of his Taurus PT99.
Desert Eagle Mark I
The master mind behind the heist, Eric Qualen (John Lithgow), is seen with a Desert Eagle Mark I through out the film and uses it it to kill/betray Kristel.
Smith & Wesson Model 19
Frank (Ralph Waite) uses the Smith and Wesson to scare away the wolves that are attacking the base jumper. Later Frank gets his side arm taken from him by being tricked by Kristel, who uses it against him.
Taurus PT99
US Treasury Agent Richard Travers (Rex Linn) fires a Taurus PT99 at his fellow agents, betraying them, and at FBI Agent Matheson.
Unknown Pistol
This small unknown pistol is seen being drawn by FBI Agent Matheson as the Treasury Agents are betrayed.
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch HK94
Chopped and converted HK94s in lieu of real MP5s, are seen wielded by multiple henchmen through out the film. The HK94's are fitted with sling, scopes, flash lights and laser pointers.
MAC-11
Kynette (Leon Robinson) carries a MAC-11 without folding stock (to fit in his shoulder holster) throughout the film, eventually losing it while fighting with Gabe Walker.
Mini Uzi
FBI Special Agent Matheson (Vyto Ruginis), who tags along for the ride, realizes what is happening and draws a Mini Uzi to try and stop the robbery. Later Agent Matheson uses the Mini Uzi to cripple the second plane.
Rifles
Steyr-Mannlicher SSG-PII Rifle
Ray (Kevin Donald) is armed with a Steyr-Mannlicher SSG-PII rifle while trying to return fire on FBI Agent Matheson as he rains fire from the Treasury plane.
Shotguns
Smith & Wesson 3000
As Hal Tucker (Michael Rooker) is about to fall to his death, he stabs Delmar in the leg with a Spyderco knife, enabling him to grab the Smith & Wesson 3000 Shotgun slung on Delmar's back. Hal Tucker then uses the Model 3000 to kill Delmar. Hal Tucker later uses the 3000 on the rescue chopper, disabling it.
Other
DefTech 37mm launcher with underslung MAC 10
Heldon (Denis Forest), one of the henchmen, can be seen wielding a DefTech 6-shot rotary launcher with an underslung MAC-10 submachine gun, underneath the barrel. He uses it until he falls to his death. This is the same weapon used in RoboCop 3. Pretty Backwards, huh? I mean, normally its a machine gun with an under-barrel Grenade Launcher. This looks like the reverse.
Piton Gun
While submerged in a frozen pool, Gabe Walker (Sylvester Stallone) kills Agent Travers with a pistol designed to punch climbing pitons into a rock-face.
