Pistols
Beretta 8045 Cougar
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), a trio of gunman (disguised as women) attack rob a casino. One of them, Tammy Felton (Brigid Brannagh) is armed with a Beretta 8045 Cougar.
Colt Mustang
In "Ellie" (S02E10), a murder is seen firing a Colt Mustang.
Glock 21
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), when attempting to identify the gun that fired a .45 ACP bullet, the CSIs look at a Heckler & Koch USP and Glock 21.
Glock 26
In season 2, Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox) carries a Glock 26.
Heckler & Koch USP
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), when attempting to identify the gun that fired a .45 ACP round, the CSIs narrow it down to either a Heckler & Koch USP or a Glock 21. They ultimately determine its a Heckler & Koch USP which Officer William Spencer (Michael Cudlitz) used.
Lorcin L380
In "Altar Boys" (S02E06), Nick finds a Lorcin L380 which Grissom (William Petersen) is later seen test firing. Roger Jennings (Jeremy Renner) uses the gun to kill a man.
Smith & Wesson 4506
In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), a trio of gunman (disguised as women) attack rob a casino. One of them, Darin Hanson (Larry Holden) is armed with a Smith & Wesson 4506. Hanson is later confronted by Officer William Spencer (Michael Cudlitz) while holding his S&W.
Smith & Wesson 5906
During season 2, Warrick Brown (Gary Dourdan) and Nick Stokes (George Eads) carry Smith & Wesson 5906s as their sidearms.

In "And Then There Were None" (S02E09), a trio of gunman (disguised as women) attack rob a casino. One of them is armed with an unknown 1911.
