Beretta 92FS Inox
In "CSI Down" (S12E05), one of the gunman chasing after Morgan is seen with a Beretta 92FS Inox.
Beretta 92FS (Two-Tone)
In "Tell-Tale Hearts" (S12E02), John Lee (James Harvey Ward) is seen with a Two-Tone Beretta 92FS.
Glock 17
Throughout Season 12, multiple LVPD officers, including Officer Mitchel (Larry Mitchell) are seen with Glock 17s. Detective Vartann (Alex Carter) also uses a Glock 17 on multiple occasions.
Glock 26
Throughout season 12, Sara Sidle (Jorja Fox) continues to use a Glock 26.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
Starting in Season 12 Nick Stokes (George Eads) switches to a Two-Tone Heckler & Koch USP Compact, replacing his Smith & Wesson SW99 that he had been using.
SIG-Sauer P226
During season 12, Greg Sanders (Eric Szmanda) and Captain Brass (Paul Guilfoyle) use SIG-Sauer P226s.
In "Zippered" (S12E09), Agent Viggo McQuaid (Grant Show) is seen carrying a SIG-Sauer P226.

Unknown Glock
In "Willows in the Wind" (S12E12), the guy who helps Catherine and Russell is seen handing Russell an Unknown Glock. Russell then passes the gun off to "Annie Oakley" (Catherine) who checks the gun. It appears to be loaded with .40 S&W. Catherine is later seen with the same gun in the episodes climax.

In "73 Seconds" (S12E01), at the scene of a shootout aboard a tram, a security guard is seen holding what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 66 ".357" revolver.

In "Maid Man" (S12E04), Catherine finds a revolver at the scene of a murder which she identifies as a .44 Magnum.
Colt Detective Special
In "Maid Man" (S12E04), a shooter fires a Colt Detective Special revolver. It is later identified by Russell as a ".38 Colt revolver".
Single Action Army
In "Crime After Crime" (S12E08), Greg is seen with a Single Action Army, what Nick identifies as a Colt Revolver.
Unknown Rev 4
In "Split Decisions" (S12E19), Fin (Elisabeth Shue) is seen test firing an unknown .38 special revolver.
Unknown Rev 5
In "Split Decisions" (S12E19), Sara finds an unknown Smith & Wesson .38 Special in a suitcase.
Submachine Guns
FN P90
In "Zippered" (S12E09), the FN P90 makes an appearance as a weapon that is able to cut a person in half due to its incredibly high rate of fire.
In "Ms. Willows Regrets" (S12E11), the weapon returns being used by a team to murder an office full of people.
Sten Mk II
In "Malice in Wonderland" (S12E18), a group of robbers uses a pair of Sten Mk IIs. Russell is later seen firing the gun in the lab.
Rifles
AKMS
In "CSI Down" (S12E05), members of the Mad-10 gang shoot at the helicopter then at the CSIs with AKMS rifles.
M4A1
In "CSI Down" (S12E05), a member of the LVPD fires at the Mad-10 gang with an M4A1 fitted with a holographic sight and vertical front grip.
