William "Bo" Hopkins was an American actor who was known for playing strong supporting roles in numerous movies and television productions. He appeared in what are now considered classic movies: The Wild Bunch, The Getaway (1972), and American Graffiti. He worked with such legendary actors as Kirk Douglas, Burt Reynolds and James Garner. On television he appeared in The Rockford Files, The Rat Patrol and The Andy Griffith Show to name but a few. He died on May 28th. 2022. He was 84 years old.
