Batman Begins is the 2005 "reboot" of the Batman film franchise. Directed by Christopher Nolan, the film focuses on the origin of Batman. The film stars Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne and also co-stars Michael Caine, Katie Holmes, and Morgan Freeman. Nolan would complete his trilogy of Batman films with 2008's The Dark Knight and 2012's The Dark Knight Rises.

Pistols
Smith & Wesson 6904
Detective Sergeant James Gordon (Gary Oldman) uses a Smith & Wesson 6904 as his sidearm throughout the film. Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes) takes a 6904 out of a police officer's holster later in the film to hold off crazed Arkham inmates. Smith & Wesson pistols appear to be standard issue for the GCPD.
Springfield Armory M1911A1
Carmine Falcone (Tom Wilkinson) uses an Springfield Armory M1911A1 pistol and aims it at Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) in the restaurant.
Smith & Wesson 5906
Det. Arnold Flass (Mark Boone Junior) uses a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his sidearm throughout the film.
Jericho 941 F
One of the thugs at the docks as well as one of Crane's henchmen are armed with a two toned (black slide; stainless frame) Jericho 941 F.
SIG-Sauer P226
One of Dr. Jonathan Crane's (Cillian Murphy) thugs and a Gotham police officer outside Arkham are armed with a SIG-Sauer P226.

Ruger Mk III Suppressed
One of Ducard's henchmen (disguised as a police officer) uses a Ruger Mk III Pistol with a suppressor to kill District Attorney Carl Finch from behind.

At least one GCPD officer is seen with a Glock 17 outside Arkham.

The female assassin sent to kill Joe Chill uses a Walther PPK.

Smith & Wesson Model 64
A young Joe Chill (Richard Brake) uses a Smith & Wesson Model 64 to murder Bruce Wayne's (Christian Bale) parents.
Taurus Model 85
Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) is seen taking out an older Taurus Model 85 with a stainless finish and wooden grips as he prepares to confront the man who killed his parents.

Heckler & Koch MP5KA4
A H&K MP5KA4 is used by one of Carmine Falcone's thugs during the interception of the drug shipment. Two League of Shadow thugs are seen with this, guarding the Wayne mansion as it burns to the ground.
Heckler & Koch UMP-9
GCPD SWAT officers use H&K UMP-9 submachine guns outside Arkham Asylum.
Micro Uzi
One of Crane's thugs is armed with a Micro Uzi.
Mini Uzi
One of Crane's thugs is armed with a Mini Uzi with some sort of ported barrel, judging by the muzzle flash. When Batman pulls him into the air, he fires it wildly.

Mossberg 500
A Mossberg 500 is seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer.
Remington Model 1904
When Batman stops the shipment at the docks, Falcone checks the chamber of his Remington Model 1904 12 Gauge Double Barreled Shotgun. It is identified as a 1904 based on its curved receiver and location of the three pins on the side.
Winchester Model 1912 "Trench Gun"
A trench version of the Winchester Model 1912 is seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer outside Arkham asylum.
Remington 870
A Remington 870 with an extended magazine tube is seen in the hands of a GCPD police officer outside of Arkham asylum.

Heckler & Koch G36Cs are used by GCPD SWAT officers.
Heckler & Koch G36K
A League of Shadows guard at the monastery is seen using a Heckler & Koch G36K. Some GCPD SWAT officers as well as a League of Shadows member (disguised as a SWAT officer) is seen with G36Ks with Rail top.

A GCPD SWAT sniper is seen with a Heckler & Koch PSG-1 with a bipod.
M4A1 Carbine
GCPD SWAT officers are armed with M4A1 Carbines outside Arkham asylum.
Norinco Type 56-1
Guards at the Bhutanese prison are armed with Norinco Type 56-1s, the Chinese copy of the AKS-47, identifiable by their hooded front sights. Several League of Shadows members in the monastery are also seen armed with Type 56-1s.
