Beretta 92FS
The Beretta 92FS is used by several characters in the series. In Season 4's "Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark", Garth Longmore's partner (John Hawkes) pulls a Beretta on Shawn.
Springfield Armory M1911A1
In "Shawn Takes a Shot in the Dark", Garth Longmore (Michael Rooker) holds the Springfield Armory M1911A1 on Shawn.
Glock 17

In Season 4's "You Can't Handle This Episode", Juliet's brother Ewan O'Hara (John Cena) carries a Glock 17L that he is seen using in a gun battle as well as holding it on Lt. Wallach (Sean Rogerson) on the pier.
Glock 19
The smaller Glock 19 is the sidearm of Detective Juliet O'Hara (Maggie Lawson).
Smith & Wesson Model 65
In Season 4's "Thrill Seekers and Hell Raisers", Stu (Bradley Stryker) is found in a trailer with what appears to be a Smith & Wesson Model 65 next to his body.
Walther P99 (Two-tone)
A two-tone Walther P99 pulled by Pierre Despereaux (Cary Elwes) in Season 4's "Extradition: British Columbia."
Walther PPK/S
In Season 4's "You Can't Handle This Episode", Ewan O'Hara (John Cena) In Season 4's "You Can't Handle This Episode", Ewan O'Hara (John Cena) carries a Walther PPK/S in his right combat boot and later dual-wields the pistol along with the Glock 17L. Lassiter then inquires about it and examines the weapon remarking that it is "a sweet gun."
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
In Season 4's "Extradition: British Columbia", a RCMP ERT officer points a Heckler & Koch MP5A3 at Shawn and Gus after their failed sting operation.
Rifles
Winchester 70
In Season 4's "Thrill Seekers & Hell Raisers" (S4E11), Derek (Steve Howey) uses a Winchester Model 70. Also note, in the coroner's office Woody says he was able to tell the shot came from a Winchester 70 rifle. He said he could tell this just by looking at the wound. While it is true that he could have been able to figure out that the wound came from a .30-06, he could not actually have figured out what particular .30-06 shot the victim.
Other
M72 LAW
In Season 4's "You Can't Handle This Episode", Shawn is seen picking up an M72 LAW. Ewan O'Hara points out that Shawn is pointing it at his own head.
