The Four Days of Naples (Le quattro giornate di Napoli) is a 1962 Italian B&W war drama directed by Nanni Loy. It depicts the events of anti-Nazi uprising in Naples in last days of September 1943.

In the opening scene, a drunk German soldier draws an M1911 pistol on an Italian sailor. The pistol has a small ejection port that matches the original 1911's ejection port rather than an A1 ejection port. The M1911 had a Wehrmacht designation, P660(a), though it was rarely seen in the hands of German personnel.
