A Beretta 92FS is the handgun carried by Weaver (Will Patton) and Anthony (Mpho Koaho) in Season 2. In "Young Bloods" (S2E04), Diego (Hector Bucio) is seen carrying a Beretta as well. Several Charlestown military are seen pointing their Berettas at skitters inside the compound.
Colt Python
John Pope (Colin Cunningham) carries a stainless Colt Python as his sidearm in Season 2.
Colt Gold Cup Trophy
Maggie (Sarah Carter) continues to carry a Colt Gold Cup Trophy M1911A1 with ivory grips as one of her sidearms. The pistol is notably seen when she holds it on the berserkers attempting to raid the Charlestown armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09).
Colt M1911A1 (Nickel)
Maggie (Sarah Carter) continues to carry a different nickel M1911A1 along with the Gold Cup. This 1911 is fitted with a skeletonized hammer, pearl grips and a satin nickel finish. In "Molon Labe" (S2E07), Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) uses what also appears to be a nickel M1911A1 to shoot the Overlord in the neck when he is torturing his son.
Magnum Research Inc. Desert Eagle Mark XIX
Dai (Peter Shinkoda) continues to carry a Magnum Research Inc. Desert Eagle Mark XIX as his secondary weapon, notably pulling it in "Molon Labe" (S2E07).

Hal (Drew Roy) carries what appears to be a Smith & Wesson 5906 as his sidearm in Season 2.

In Season 2's premiere "Worlds Apart" (S2E01), Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) takes a Taurus Model 689 off a crazed survivor who attacked a young girl.

Beginning in Season 2, Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) appears to have switched from an AKM to a Zastava M70, as noted by the three vent holes in the handguard, grenade sight, and black pistol grip. Whether this rifle is the B1 variant or a standard M70 is to be determined.

In "Molon Labe" (S2E07), Tom Mason (Noah Wyle) appears to switch over to a Zastava M70AB2 as his weapon of choice.
Norinco Type 84S
The Norinco Type 84S is another weapon seen in the hands of a Resistance fighter.
Colt M4A1 Carbine
Colt M4A1 carbines can be seen carried by resistance fighters with and without red dot sights, RIS foregrips and grenade launchers. The resistance fighters who carry the rifle include Dai (Peter Shinkoda), Maggie (Sarah Carter) and Jimmy Boland (Dylan Authors). Col. Porter (Dale Dye) and his Charleston troops are seen armed with M4A1's in the final 3 episodes of Season 2.

He mentions that the machine uses "20mm" rounds, not the usual ammunition for this MG. This DShK appears to be an authentic model, but also appears to be lacking the distinctive muzzle brake.

An M60 is briefly seen used by a member of Pope's "Berzerkers" at the beginning of "Worlds Apart" (S2E01).
M60E3
An M60E3 is glimpsed in the Charleston armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09).
Daewoo K3
What appear to be Daewoo K3 machine guns (fitted with RIS and KAC vertical grip) is glimpsed in the Charleston armory in "The Price of Greatness" (S2E09). These are like K3's due to the series being filmed in Canada.

Beretta M12
Crazy Lee (Luciana Carro) one of Pope's "Berserkers", carries a Beretta M12 as her weapon of choice, notably in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02) while discussing the possible survival of Bob Dylan. A 2nd Mass fighter uses a Beretta M12 while holding off skitters in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02). Crazy Lee (Luciana Carro), one of Pope's "Berserkers", can also be seen in several episodes with a slung M12, notably in "Shall We Gather at the River" (S2E02) while discussing the possible survival of Bob Dylan.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
A Heckler & Koch MP5A3 is seen in the hands of 2nd Mass fighters throughout Season 2.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500
In "Compass" (S2E03), Jimmy (Dylan Authors) is seen armed with a Mossberg 500 shotgun. The shotgun is fitted with a night vision scope and a suppressor and is sometimes loaded with a special incendiary round manufactured by Pope's Berzerkers. The Mossberg is also held by Tom in "Homecoming" (S2E06).
Remington 870
Several Remington 870 shotguns are seen in 2nd Mass's armory in "Young Bloods" (S2E04).
Remington 870 (Tactical)
A tactical Remington 870 fitted with a pistol grip, Surefire weaponlight, muzzle brake, and an M4-type stock is held by a Charleston soldier first in "Death March" (S2E08). A similarly configured shotgun was seen used in the film Sucker Punch.
Winchester Model 1300
Pope uses a Winchester Model 1300 shotgun fitted with a pistol grip throughout Season 2, notably at the beginning of "Worlds Apart" (S2E01) and in "Molan Labe" (S2E07).
Sawed Off Double Barreled Shotgun
The Sawed Off Double Barreled Shotgun carried by Dai (Peter Shinkoda) in Season 1 makes a brief appearance in "A More Perfect Union" (S2E10).
