The Equalizer 3 is the 2023 sequel to 2014's feature film adaptation of the 1980s television series of the same name. Denzel Washington reprises his role for the first time in a feature film trilogy as former US agent Robert McCall, who after a stay in Sicily, finds himself taking on the criminal elements there. The cast includes Eugenio Mastrandrea and David Denham, in addition to Dakota Fanning, who co-starred at the age of eight with Washington nearly 20 years ago in 2004's Man on Fire. Richard Wenk returns from the first two Equalizer films to write the screenplay and Antoine Fuqua returns as director, marking his fifth collaboration with Washington, which includes Training Day (2001), and The Magnificent Seven (2016).
The following weapons were used in the film The Equalizer 3:
Glock 17
A Glock 17 pistol is seen in the hands of Marco Quaranta (Andrea Dodero) when he threatens the family of Gio (Eugenio Mastrandrea).
Smith & Wesson Model 10HB (nickel)
What appears to be a nickel plated Smith & Wesson Model 10HB revolver is used by a gangster when McCall is apprehended at the beginning of the film.
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS pistol is seen used by a gangster at the film's beginning. McCall later is seen with the pistol. McCall raises what appear to be dual Beretta 92FS pistols during a confrontation in the town square.
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s can be seen in the hands of GIS operatives conducting a raid.
Carcano M91/38 Cavalry Carbine
During a standoff in Altamento, Dr. Enzo Arisio (Remo Girone) fires a Carcano M91/38 Cavalry Carbine into the air.
