The following weapons were used in Season 2 of the television series NYPD Blue:
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is the sidearm carried by several NYPD detectives in the series, including Det. Bobby Simone (Jimmy Smits) and Det. James Martinez (Nicholas Turturro). This is a relatively minor mistake, as the only Glocks authorized by the NYPD are the Glock 19 and Glock 26 9mm for back-up and off duty use.
Smith & Wesson Model 36
The Smith & Wesson Model 36 is the sidearm carried by more senior NYPD detectives, including Detective John Kelly (David Caruso), Detective Andy Sipowicz (Dennis Franz) and Detective Greg Medavoy (Gordon Clapp).
Beretta 92FS Inox
A Beretta 92FS Inox is pulled by a gunman confronted in an apartment in "Innuendo" (S2E18).
