The following weapons were used in Season 13 of the television series NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service:
Pistols
SIG-Sauer P228
The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents in the series including Special Agents Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Anthony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly), and Timothy McGee (Sean Murray). CIA officers Joanna Teague (Mimi Rogers) and Kenny Young (Kenny Leu) are seen armed with the SIG in Season 13's premiere "Stop the Bleeding" (S13E01). Ex-Wynnewood Security Services contractor Owen Dixon (Brendan McCarthy) uses it near the end of "React" (S13E15).
SIG-Sauer P226 MK25
The P226 MK25, a weapon exclusively issued to Navy SEALS, is specifically identified by Meghan Porter's classmate in "React" (S13E15). The weapon is seen with a SureFire X300 Tactical Light mounted on its accessory rail.
SIG-Sauer P226R
SIG-Sauer P226Rs are seen with St. Mary's County Sheriffs at the start of "Reasonable Doubt" (S13E19).
SIG-Sauer P239
NCIS Special Agent Eleanor Bishop (Emily Wickersham) carries a SIG-Sauer P239 as her sidearm.

A Beretta 92FS is seen used throughout Season 13.

What appears to be a Glock 26 is seen with ex-NSA analyst Adam Connors (Mike Bradecich) near the end of "Déjà Vu" (S13E13). It's possibly a substitute for the Glock 28 since it's not allowed to be sold in America. A Glock 26 also appears to be the sidearm of FBI Special Agent Tess Monroe (Sarah Clarke).

A Heckler & Koch P30 is carried by MI6 Agent Clayton Reeves (Duane Henry).

An unknown M16 carbine is seen with a Wynnewood Security Services archive page of Owen Dixon in the middle of "React" (S13E15).

A M40A1 is used by Gibbs near the end of "Scope" (S13E18) during an overwatch operation.

A Remington MSR is used in "Scope" (S13E18) by ex-British SAS operator turned pro-insurgent fighter Matthew Cross.

A discarded Winchester Model 70 is found in a crime scene in the forests at the start of "16 Years" (S13E07).

A General Dynamics M197 Vulcan is used by a USMC AH-1 Super Cobra gunship to take out General Gadet's men in South Sudan near the end of "Saviors" (S13E08).
M61 Vulcan
M61 Vulcans were seen used by F/A-18 Hornets as their main machine guns.

An M69 grenade was used by US Navy Seaman Brian Dokes (Brett DelBuono) at the start of "Double Trouble" (S13E04).
