Colt M1911

Farley Colt (Titus Welliver) holds what appears to be a Colt M1911 on Marquesa in "Three Coins in a Fuchsbau" (S01E13). Tim Steinkellner (Josh Randall) threatens Nick with a similar gun in "The Thing with Feathers" (S01E16).

Glock 17

Detectives Nick Burkhardt (Dave Giuntoli) and Hank Griffin (Russell Hornsby), as well as Captain Sean Renard (Sasha Roiz) are armed with 2nd Generation Glock 17s as their standard sidearm, although a 3rd generation Glock 17 later appears in the middle of the 1st season. This is correct since the Portland Police Bureau standardized the Glock 17 as one of the sidearms allowed for use by all of their officers. An Oregon Park officer has a Glock 17 in "Let Your Hair Down" (S01E07). Soledad Marquesa (Jordi Caballero) has one in "Three Coins in a Fuchsbau" (S01E13). Nick had switched his Glock 17 from a second to a third generation type starting from "Happily Ever Aftermath" (S01E20). Juliette Silverton (Bitsie Tulloch) fires a Glock 17 at a shooting range in "Island of Dreams" (S01E15), and pulls another one from her purse in "The Thing with Feathers" (S01E16).

2nd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. This model added finger stepping and cuts to the backstrap of the frame to make it easier to hold than the Generation 1 model.
3rd Generation Glock 17 - 9x19mm. Note the finger grooves, thumb reliefs, and accessory rail on the frame, which differentiate it from the older model.
Bit of a blurry shot, but you can see Nick firing the Glock 17 in the pilot episode to take down Hulda (Danny Hernandez) after he attacked Marie Kessler (Kate Burton) in "Pilot" (S01E01).
You can see the pistol grip of the Glock 17 in Sergeant Wu's pistol holster in the same episode (S01E01).

Smith and Wesson Model 65 - .357 Magnum with three-inch barrel and wood-colored grips.
A S&W Model 60 is used by Bernard Aidikoff in "Happily Ever Aftermath" (S01E20). Aidikoff's finger should not likely be on the trigger in this context (either for cocking or de-cocking the hammer). However, considering he's about to use the revolver to blow his brains out, it's plausible gun safety isn't exactly on his mind.

Captain Renard lays the three rounds removed from the ogre's body on his desk, describing them as "one .577 and two .600 Nitro Express..." Since Monroe only fired the gun once, he must have fired all three barrels at once.
