In Nishitami, the two towers of the tallest skyscraper of the city are on the brink of opening. The detective boys are on the way back from a campsite as they pass the almost completed building. There they happen to meet Ran and her father, who visit the towers before the official opening. During the exploration, Conan sees a black Porsche 356A standing in front of the building. It is the car of Gin, who forced Shin'ichi to drink the poison that turned him! As a brutal murder series begins, the little detective is not only forced to clarify the crimes but also to find out what the mysterious organization has to do with it.
