The Walking Dead: The Final Season is a 2018 episodic video game developed by Telltale Games and later Skybound Games, and the fourth and final main game in The Walking Dead video game series, based on the comic book series of the same name. Taking place some years after The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, the game focuses on Clementine's efforts to raise young AJ in the post-apocalyptic world and coming to join with a group of troubled teenagers surviving out of their former boarding school. Their path leads them to encounter a hostile group of raiders led by a figure from Clementine's past.
WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
The following weapons appear in the video game The Walking Dead: The Final Season:
Handguns
Smith & Wesson Model 36
AJ regularly carries a Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver in Episode 1 "Done Running". In the finale of the first episode, Marlon grabs the gun from AJ to threaten him and Clementine. He tries to convince everyone in the school that Clementine killed Brody by constantly brandishing a gun. In Episode 2 "Suffer The Children", AJ uses his pistol to threaten Abel during a chase in the woods. The pistol barrel has the inscription "9mm", despite the fact the Model 36 is a .38 caliber revolver.
Colt M1911A1 (Two-Tone)
A hostile survivor named Abel uses a two-tone Colt M1911A1 when threatening Clementine and AJ in Episode 1 "Done Running". If the player decides to push Abel into a crowd of walkers, he loses the pistol. However, regardless of the player's choice, in the second episode, Abel exchanges the Colt M1911A1 for a sawed-off shotgun. Lilly uses the same pistol when Clementine and AJ are captured on the S.S. Stewarts Fitzgerald in Episode 3 "Broken Toys". She points the M1911A1 at Clem so that she goes into the cell and does not do stupid things. Clementine also uses an M1911A1 during the flashback to McCaroll Ranch in Episode 4 "Take Us Back".
SIG-Sauer P250 Compact
Tenn snatches a SIG-Sauer P250 Compact from a Delta soldier named Gina to kill Lilly. After that, AJ takes the gun. In Episode 4 "Take Us Back", Minerva uses the same gun to attack Clementine, AJ, and Louis/Violet on the bridge. After her death, AJ uses Minerva's gun to kill Tenn (depending on the player's decisions). Later, he gives the gun to Clementine, who uses it for protection. After the time skip, the gun is never seen again.
Glock 17
During a brief replay of the events of the previous games, a Glock 17 is featured in some important events.
Heckler & Koch USP
During a brief replay of the events of the previous games, Carley holds what seems more like Heckler & Koch USP, not a Glock, despite the fact that in the first game, she used a Glock 17.
Shotguns
Double Barrel Shotgun
In Episode 2 "Suffer the Children", Abel can be seen using a Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun.
Rifles
M1 Carbine
The M1 Carbine is used by almost all Delta members throughout the game. For the first time, the carbine appears in the hands of Lilly, who was last seen in the first season. In Episode 2 "Suffer the Children", Jonathan and Sullene both have rifles when they, along with Abel, Dorian, and Lilly, attack Ericson's Boarding School. Armando, Michael, Gad and Gina, who first appear in Episode 3, are also armed with the same rifles.
MAS-49/56
Dorian uses a MAS-49/56 for sniper support during the assault on the school. A Delta member named Gad also holds what appears to be a MAS-49/56 when Clementine spots him.
AK-47
One of Lilly's men has an AK-47 which he fires at some walkers.
Other
MK 2 Hand Grenade
Clementine and AJ nearly get killed by a trap rigged with an MK 2 Hand Grenade in Episode 1 "Done Running".
Molotov Cocktail
Abel throws a Molotov Cocktail at Clementine and AJ when they block the main staircase at the school. Lilly also uses a Molotov Cocktail to block Clementine's path during Delta's retreat.
Bowtech 101st Airborne
Marlon initially threatens Clementine with what appears to be a Bowtech 101st Airborne bow when she threatens Tenn in "Done Running". Marlon uses his bow to hunt Episode 1 "Done Running". Violet uses this bow after Marlon's death to escort Clementine and AJ to the border. When she and Louis witness Lilly and Abel attacking Clementine, Violet can shoot Delta members depending on the player's choice. Clementine takes this bow and uses it as one of her primary weapons for the rest of the game. She uses it extensively during the defense of the school and when the group goes to rescue Violet (or Louis), Omar, and Aasim from Delta's captivity. Gad tries to snatch the bow from the hands of Clementine during the assault on the ship.
Handmade hunting bow
Willie, Aasim, and other children use bows while hunting. Louis, Willie and Violet also use bows to protect the school. Willie also carries the same bow when scouting the S.S. Stewarts Fitzgerald.
Crossbow
Minerva keeps Clementine at odds with the crossbow.
Willy's makeshift bomb
Clementine's group comes up with a plan to make a makeshift bomb and plant it in the boiler of the Delta's ship. The player is given the opportunity to independently name the bomb.
Mitch's bomb
Mitch and Willie decide to create a makeshift bomb that can help them defend the school.
