The Walking Dead: The Final Season is a 2018 episodic video game developed by Telltale Games and later Skybound Games, and the fourth and final main game in The Walking Dead video game series, based on the comic book series of the same name. Taking place some years after The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, the game focuses on Clementine's efforts to raise young AJ, in the post-apocalyptic world, coming to join with a group of troubled teenagers surviving out of their former boarding school. Their path leads them to encounter a hostile group of raiders led by a figure from Clementine's past.

Handguns
Smith & Wesson Model 36
AJ regularly carries a Smith & Wesson Model 36 revolver in Episode 1 "Done Running". In the finale of the first episode, Marlon grabs the gun from AJ to threaten him and Clementine. He tries to convince everyone in the school that Clementine killed Brody by constantly brandishing a gun. In Episode 2 "Suffer The Children", AJ uses his pistol to threaten Abel during a chase in the woods.
Colt M1911A1 (Two-Tone)
A hostile survivor named Abel uses a two-tone Colt M1911A1 when threatening Clementine and AJ in Episode 1 "Done Running". If the player decides to push Abel into a crowd of walkers, he loses the pistol. However, despite the player's choice, in the second episode, Abel changes the Colt M1911A1 for a sawed-off shotgun. Clementine also uses an M1911A1 during the flashback to McCaroll Ranch in Episode 4 "Take Us Back". Lilly in Episode 3 "Broken Toys" and Episode 4 "Take Us Back" also uses an M1911A1 to intimidate a detained Clementine.
SIG-Sauer P250 Compact
Tenn snatches a SIG-Sauer P250 Compact from a Delta soldier named Gina to kill Lily. After that, AJ takes the gun. in Episode 4 "Take Us Back", Minerva uses the same gun to attack Clementine, AJ and Louis/Violet on the bridge. After her death, AJ uses Minerva's gun to kill Tenn (depending on the player's decisions). Later, he gives the gun to Clementine, who uses it for protection. After the time skip, the gun is never seen again.
Glock 17
During a brief replay of the events of the previous games, a Glock 17 is featured in some important events.
Heckler & Koch USP
During a brief replay of the events of the previous games, Carley holds what seems more like Heckler & Koch USP, not a Glock, despite the fact that in the first game, she used a Glock 17.
Shotguns
Double Barrel Shotgun
In Episode 2 "Suffer the Children", Abel can be seen using a Sawed-Off Double Barrel Shotgun.
Rifles
M1 Carbine
In Episode 2 "Suffer the Children", Lilly can be seen using a post-war M1 Carbine identifiable by its adjustable rear sight (though it lacks a bayonet lug). Other Delta survivors use them as well.
AK-47
One of Lilly's men has an AK-47 which he fires at some walkers.
Unidentified rifle
A Delta member named Gad holds an unidentified rifle when Clementine spots him.

Violet uses this bow after Marlon's death to escort Clementine and AJ to the border. When she and Louis witness Lilly and Abel attacking Clementine, Violet can shoot Delta members depending on the player's choice. Clementine takes this bow and uses it as one of her primary weapons for the rest of the game. She uses it extensively during the defense of the school, and when the group goes to rescue Violet (or Louis), Omar and Aasim from Delta's captivity.
Handmade hunting bow
Willie, Aasim, and other children use bows while hunting. Louis, Willie and Violet using bows to protect the school. Willie also carries the same bow when scouting the S.S. Stewarts Fitzgerald.
Horton Scout HD 125 Crossbow
Minerva keeps Clementine at odds with the crossbow.
