In "Exile" (S3E02), Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) is seen carying a Beretta 92FS Inox while in a confrontation with his father. The Inox also is seen in the hands of Helen Bryce (Emmanuelle Vaugier) and one of Edge's associate in the same episode.

In "Shattered" (S3E08), one of Edge's associates uses a Beretta 92FS fitted with a suppressor and a laser sight to try to kill Lex. Several of Lionel Luthor's associates carry the Beretta 92FS in "Legacy" (S3E17).

CZ 75B
A bank robber pulls what appears to be a stainless steel finish CZ 75B as his personal weapon in "Exile" (S3E01). This pistol later is seen in the hands of Morgan Edge (Rutger Hauer) in "Phoenix" (S3E02). After his plastic surgery, Morgan (now portrayed by Patrick Bergin) carries the pistol in "Shattered" (S3E08).
Jericho 941
In "Shattered" (S3E08), Lex Luthor takes a Jericho 941 from a agent and uses it to confront Lionel.
Ruger P89
One of Lionel Luthor's associates carries a Ruger P89 in "Legacy" (S3E17).
SIG-Sauer P226 (Nickel)
One of Edge's thugs uses a nickel SIG-Sauer P226 to threaten Jonathan Kent (John Schneider) in "Phoenix" (S3E02). The pistol later in the episode is seen in the hands of Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk).
