Beretta 92FS Inox

In "Exile" (S3E02), Lex Luthor (Michael Rosenbaum) is seen carying a Beretta 92FS Inox while in a confrontation with his father. The Inox also is seen in the hands of Helen Bryce (Emmanuelle Vaugier) and one of Edge's associate in the same episode.

In "Shattered" (S3E08), one of Edge's associates uses a Beretta 92FS fitted with a suppressor and a laser sight to try to kill Lex. Several of Lionel Luthor's associates carry the Beretta 92FS in "Legacy" (S3E17).

Jonah Doyle (Linden Banks) can be seen carrying a nickel M1911A1 in "Truth" (S3E18).

CZ 75B

A bank robber pulls what appears to be a stainless steel finish CZ 75B as his personal weapon in "Exile" (S3E01). This pistol later is seen in the hands of Morgan Edge (Rutger Hauer) in "Phoenix" (S3E02). After his plastic surgery, Morgan (now portrayed by Patrick Bergin) carries the pistol in "Shattered" (S3E08).

One of Edge's thugs uses a nickel SIG-Sauer P226 to threaten Jonathan Kent (John Schneider) in "Phoenix" (S3E02). The pistol later in the episode is seen in the hands of Lana Lang (Kristin Kreuk).

In "Crisis" (S3E16), Lionel Luthor (John Glover) pulls a Smith & Wesson 5906 and contemplates committing suicide after reviewing his medical records.

In "Crisis" (S3E16), Jonathan Kent (John Schneider) briefly uses a Remington Model 750 to protect Lana, but Adam Knight (Ian Somerhalder) knocks him out and takes the rifle. Near the end of "Crisis", Adam fires the Remington.

M91S

A nickel-plated long-barreled version of the M91S machine pistol is carried by a bank robber in "Exile" (S3E01). In "Phoenix" (S3E02), one of Morgan Edge's assistants fires this gun during a shootout. These custom-built weapons have been featured in several films and TV shows produced in British Columbia.

M91R

In "Exile" (S3E01), one of Morgan's henchmen is seen carrying the M91R when he opens fire on Clark. This weapon has been featured in several productions filmed in British Columbia, most notably as the "Cylon Pistol" / "Cylon SMG" in the 2007 television films Battlestar Galactica: Razor and Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome.

Shotguns

Remington Model 870

In "Relic" (S3E06), Clark Kent uses a Remington Model 870 to receive a flashback. In 1961, Hiram Kent (Dean Wray) is seen holding his Remington 870. Later, Jor-El (Tom Welling) takes the shotgun. Jonathan Kent uses what appears to be a Remington Model 870 in "Legacy" (S3E17).
