A Beretta 92FS is seen held by the corpse of a US Navy sailor in the series premiere "Gone Fission" (S1E01).
Beretta Px4 Storm
Suppressed Beretta Px4 Storm pistols are seen by assassins disguised as US Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) inspectors in the series premiere "Gone Fission" (S1E01). The suppressed pistol is later in the episode seen in the hands of NCIS Special Agent DeShawn Jackson (Sean Sagar) .
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is used by several characters who are officers in the Australian Federal Police (AFP), including Sergeant Jim "JD" Dempsey (Todd Lasance). NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey (Olivia Swann) uses it as her sidearm on her Australian deployment.
Heckler & Koch USP Compact
A Heckler & Koch USP Compact is used by a rogue Department of Defense employee trying to sell military secrets in "Brothers in Arms".
M1911A1
The M1911A1 is seen in "Ghosted" with Mei Koo (Meme Thorne).
SIG-Sauer P226
A suppressed SIG-Sauer P226 is used by an assassin disguised as a NAVSEA inspector in "Gone Fission" (S1E01). A regular one is used by DeShawn as his sidearm on his Australian deployment after being cleared by Canberra to do so from "Brothers in Arms".
SIG-Sauer P228
A suppressed SIG-Sauer P228 pistol is used by an assassin disguised as a NAVSEA inspector in "Gone Fission" (S1E01).
Walther TPH
A Walther TPH is seen with Evie as her backup sidearm in case she can't use her Glock.
Rifles/Carbines
M16
A M16-type rifle is seen in a B&W video of Allied troops fighting in the Vietnam War at the Royal Australian Navy Heritage Centre in "Ghosted".
M4A1
What appears to be an M4A1 carbine is seen with US Navy Master at Arms stationed at US military facilities in Australia. Suppressed versions are seen in "Brothers in Arms" with US Navy SEALs training in HMAS Penguin.

A decommissioned single-barreled Bofors 40mm AA gun is seen at the NCIS Field Office in Sydney, which recently opened.
