SIG-Sauer P228
The SIG-Sauer P228 is the main sidearm of nearly all the NCIS agents who work out of the New Orleans office including Dwayne "King" Cassius Pride (Scott Bakula), Christopher Lasalle (Lucas Black), and Meredith 'Merri' Brody (Zoe McLellan).
Glock 26
Brody (Zoe McLellan) appears to carry a Glock 26 in the series premiere "Musician Heal Thyself" (S1E01).
Colt Python
While he usually carries a P228 as his onduty sidearm, NCIS Special Agent Dwayne Cassius Pride (Scott Bakula) on special occasions uses a nickeled Colt Python .357 Magnum revolver, which he calls his sweet "Charmaine".

An Intratec TEC-9 is seen used in a drive-by shooting in the series premiere "Musician Heal Thyself" (S1E01).

Colt Law Enforcement Model 6920 Carbine
Tactical operatives who accompany the agents appear to be armed with the the Colt Law Enforcement Model 6920 in the series premiere "Musician Heal Thyself" (S1E01).
