NCIS: New Orleans is the second television spinoff from NCIS. The spinoff centers around agents of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service investigating cases in and around the city of New Orleans. The majority of the cast was introduced in the NCIS Season 11 episodes "Crescent City, Part I" and " "Crescent City, Part II" and the spinoff made its series premiere in the US on CBS in September of 2014.
