Pistols
Arsenal Strike One
Arsenal Strike One pistols are seen briefly used by Grant Ward and some of the HYDRA terrorists in a shootout at the start of "Devils You Know" (S3E04).
Beretta 92FS
A Beretta 92FS is seen loaded by a HYDRA terrorist near the end of "Devils You Know" (S03E04).
FN Five-Seven USG
A few FN Five-Seven USGs were seen in an arms cache at the start of "Devils You Know" (S03E04). HYDRA terrorists working under Ward are using the Five-Seven USGs are seen using it as their main sidearm in the season.
Heckler & Koch HK45
Replacing the FN Five-seveN he used before, Grant Ward (Brett Dalton) employs a Heckler & Koch HK45 pistol with a tan frame and threaded barrel as his primary weapon in the season.
Smith & Wesson M&P
The Smith & Wesson M&P pistol is the standard sidearm of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents in the series.
Smith & Wesson M&P Compact
The Smith & Wesson M&Pc Compact is used throughout the season in the hands of a few S.H.I.E.L.D. agents as their preferred sidearm.
SIG-Sauer P226
What appears to be a SIG-Sauer P226 is used by Will Daniels (Dillon Casey) throughout "4,722 Hours" (S03E05).
Tokyo Marui Strike Warrior
ATCU operators are seen with pistols modified from the Tokyo Marui Strike Warrior as their main sidearm. S.H.I.E.L.D. agents were able to secure one for testing and research at the start of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01).
Submachine Guns
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
A few Heckler & Koch MP5A2s are seen in the hideout of Moroccan arms dealer Yusuf Hadad in the middle of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01).
Heckler & Koch MP5K
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs were seen in a HYDRA small arms cache in the middle of "Devils You Know" (S03E04) with Hunter using it to fight Ward.
IMI Uzi
A stockless IMI Uzi is handled by May briefly in in the middle of "A Wanted (Inhu)man" (S03E03).

AKMS
An AKMS is briefly held by Hunter in the middle of "A Wanted (Inhu)man" (S03E03).
Heckler & Koch G36KV
At least one Heckler & Koch G36KV is seen in the hideout of Moroccan arms dealer Yusuf Hadad in the middle of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01).
Heckler & Koch G36C
A Heckler & Koch G36C is seen in the safehouse used by May in the middle of "A Wanted (Inhu)man" (S03E03).
Kel-Tec PLR-16
Kel-Tec PLR-16s are used by ATCU operators as their main carbine throughout the season.
Shotguns
Mossberg 500 Cruiser
A Mossberg 500 Cruiser fitted with ATI Halo accessories (sidesaddle shell holder/scope rail, heatshield and pump) is seen in the hands of Leo Fitz near the end of "Laws of Nature" (S03E01) to breach the monolith containment unit door.
Grenades
Mk 2 Hand Grenade
A Mk 2 Hand Grenade is in a HYDRA small arms stash near the end of "Devils You Know" (S03E04).
I.C.E.R. Small Arms
I.C.E.R. Pistol
The I.C.E.R. Pistol continues to be used by SHIELD agents in season 3 whenever a non-lethal option is required. These props were originally the "Tranq Guns" from seasons 3, 4 and 5 of Chuck and are built from Baby WE Hi-Capa 3.8 (Type 8) airsoft pistols.
I.C.E.R. Pistol Carbine
An I.C.E.R. Pistol Carbine was used by Mack in the middle of "Chaos Theory" (S03E07) to stun Andrew after he finds out that he's Lash.
Others
Small Arms Rack
A few Colt M4A1s and Mossberg 500 Cruisers are seen in a small arms rack in the Playground.
Olin Flare Gun
An Olin Flare Gun is used by Fitz briefly in the middle of "Purpose in the Machine" (S03E02).
