The .40 caliber Glock 22, the current standard-issue handgun for probationary officers of the LAPD, is the sidearm of Detective Amy Sykes (Kearran Giovanni) in Season 5.
Beretta 92FS
Detective Julio Sanchez (Raymond Cruz) continues to carry the LAPD's previously standard issue Beretta 92FS as his onduty sidearm. While the current sidearm issued by the LAPD in reality is the Glock 22, several uniformed officers continue to be seen with the Beretta 92FS. Lt. Louie Provenza (G.W.
