A Browning Hi-Power is used by Alfred as his sidearm in the rest of "Wrath of the Villains: Pinewood" when he helps Bruce and Karen break into an abandoned hospital, using it as his weapon of choice.
Colt Gold Cup National Match Enhanced
A Colt Gold Cup National Match Enhanced was used by Gordon throughout "Rise of the Villains: More Than a Criminal", in particular when he uses it to execute Theo Galavan.
Colt Model 1902 Military Model
An engraved Colt Model 1902 Military Model with pearl grips is used by Eduardo Flamingo (Raul Castillo) in "Rise of the Villains: A Bitter Pill to Swallow" (S2E09).
Colt M1911A1
A Colt M1911A1 in a stainless finish is used by an assassin in "Wrath of the Villains: Pinewood".
IMI Desert Eagle
The IMI Desert Eagle Mark XIX is used briefly by an armed man named Zaardon (David Fierro) at the start of "Rise of the Villains. Damned if You Do..." (S2E01).
SIG-Sauer P226
The SIG-Sauer P226 returns to the season as the sidearm of Jim Gordon, who had been demoted to traffic duties due to the aftermath of Falcone's escape. Arnold Dobkins (Will Brill) is seen improperly handling it in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Knock, Knock". Nathaniel Barnes (Michael Chiklis) uses it as his main sidearm when he's assigned to the GCPD in the season. Officer recruit Sal Martinez (Lucas Salvagno) appears to use one as his sidearm in the season.
SIG-Sauer P226R
The SIG-Sauer P226R shows up in the season in the hands of various characters. Sometimes, they show up in continuity errors in the place of the regular P226.
SIG-Sauer P229R
A stainless SIG-Sauer P229R is seen wielded in "Rise of the Villains: Tonight's the Night".
SIG-Sauer GSR
Dual stainless SIG-Sauer GSRs are used by Victor Zsasz (Anthony Carrigan) as his personal sidearms in the season.
Walther PPK
A Walther PPK is used by Edward Nygma (Cory Michael Smith) when he confronts Gordon at the end of "Wrath of the Villains: Into the Woods" (S2E17). Gordon is using it as his sidearm, starting from "Wrath of the Villains: Pinewood", since he is not yet reinstated as a police officer. A female bouncer uses one in a stainless steel finish in the same episode.
WE Hi Capa 5.1 Dragon Type B
In "Rise of the Villains: Damned if You Do..." (S2E01), Ogden Barker (Otto Sanchez) is seen using a WE Hi Capa 5.1 Dragon Type B as a possible substitute for a M1911A1-type pistol.
Taser X26P
A yellow Taser X26P is used by a GCPD officer to take down Alfred non-lethally at the start of "Rise of the Villains: Worse Than a Criminal".

Charter Arms Bulldog
Selina Kyle (Camren Bicondova) secures what appears to be a Charter Arms Bulldog revolver with a bobbed hammer for Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) to confront Matches Malone before Matches kills himself with it in "Wrath of the Villains: This Ball of Mud and Meanness" (S2E14).
Colt Lawman MK III
A Colt Lawman appears to be used by Alfred Pennyworth (Sean Pertwee) near the end of "Rise of the Villains: The Last Laugh" when he disarms one of Jerome's men and executes him with his own weapon.
Colt Official Police
A Colt Official Police revolver is briefly used by Evan Pike (Noah Robbins) when he's confronted by Gordon and Barnes in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Scarification".
Colt Python
One of the Penguin's men is seen loading a Colt Python at the end of "Rise of the Villains: By Fire".
Colt New Frontier
A Colt New Frontier with ivory grips is seen on a frame in Captain Barnes' office in "Rise of the Villains: Mommy's Little Monster".
Smith & Wesson Model 10
A Smith & Wesson Model 10 was briefly used by Jerome Valeska and Aaron Helzinger (Stink Fisher) during the bus hijacking in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Knock, Knock".
Smith & Wesson Model 19
A Smith & Wesson Model 19 is used by Detective Harvey Bullock when he returns back to the GCPD as his main sidearm in the season.
Smith & Wesson Model 28
A Smith & Wesson Model 28 was briefly used by Jerome (Cameron Monaghan) as part of his "magic act" during the hostage crisis near the end of "Rise of the Villains: The Last Laugh".
Smith & Wesson Model 29
A Smith & Wesson Model 29 is seen handled by Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell) at the end of "Rise of the Villains: By Fire". He later uses it in "Rise of the Villains: Mommy's Little Monster" to execute Penguin's men after he was free of his brainwashing with Theo getting it from him, using it as weapon of choice.
Smith & Wesson Model 64
A Smith & Wesson Model 64 was briefly used by Ogden before Jim Gordon disarms him of the weapon in the middle of "Rise of the Villains. Damned if You Do...". One was provided by Theo Galavan (James Frain) to help Jerome Valeska and Robert Greenwood (Dustin Ybarra) decide on the leadership position of the Maniaxs! in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Knock, Knock".
Submachine Guns
Cobray M11/9
A few Cobray M11/9s are used by Jerome's men when they take hostages in a magic show near the end of "Rise of the Villains: The Last Laugh".
Heckler & Koch MP5A3
Heckler & Koch MP5A3s are used by GCPD officer recruits assigned to the anti-crime task force in "Rise of the Villains: Tonight's the Night".
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW
Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDWs are issued by the GCPD in "Rise of the Villains: Strike Force", in particular to Sal Martinez, Josie Mac, Carl Pinkney (Ian Quinlan) and Luke Garrett (Lenny Platt). A few GCPD officer recruits use them as well in "Rise of the Villains: Tonight's the Night". Some of Theo's men in "Rise of the Villains: Worse Than a Criminal" are seen using them without stocks attached.
Ingram MAC-10
An Ingram MAC-10 is seen with an armed man when he and his crew take hostages near the end of "Rise of the Villains: The Last Laugh".
M1928 Thompson
A M1928 Thompson was used by Butch Gilzean in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Strike Force" to fake an assassination attempt on Theo Galavan during a press conference.
Shotguns
Ithaca 37
An Ithaca 37 was briefly used by the Penguin at the start of "Rise of the Villains: Strike Force" during a mob meeting, later using it as his main shotgun of choice. One of his men handles it at the end of "Rise of the Villains: By Fire". Alfred uses it when he raids Galavan's penthouse with Gordon and the others near the end of "Rise of the Villains: Worse Than a Criminal".

Selina uses one taken from her stash throughout "Rise of the Villains: By Fire". Barbara uses it in "Rise of the Villains: Tonight's the Night" before Gordon takes it. One used by Sonny Gilzean (Paul Pilcz) in "Wrath of the Villains: Mad Grey Dawn".

A Single Barreled shotgun was used briefly by Arnold Dobkins in the bus hijacking in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Knock, Knock".
Winchester Model 1897
A Winchester Model 1897 was seen handled by Robert Greenwood during the bus hijacking in the middle of "Rise of the Villains: Knock, Knock". The Penguin uses it throughout "Rise of the Villains: Worse Than a Criminal" when he goes with Gordon and Bullock to raid Theo Galavan's penthouse hideout. It's used by some Blackgate Penitentiary officers in "Wrath of the Villains: Prisoners".
