The following weapons were used in the film Goldfinger:

Goldfinger (1964)

Re-working this page - Speakeasy804

Luger P08

The South American heroin factory guard Bond knocks out during the pre-credits sequence has a Luger P08 in his holster.

The guard's Luger in his holster.

Walther PPK

James Bond (Sean Connery) keeps a brown-gripped .32 ACP Walther PPK in his shoulder holster, seen most prominently when a Cuban hitman tries to grab it during the pre-credits sequence.

The Cuban assassin's hand goes for Bond's hanging PPK.
The Cuban assassin reaches for Bond's PPK as he is being electrocuted.

MP40

Goldfinger's guards carry MP40s, using them in most major gunfights of the film, with even Goldfinger himself using one briefly during the Fort Knox raid. This gun is also being tested on a bulletproof vest in Q's lab. The old lady working as a guard to Goldfinger's facility also carries an MP40.

MP40 - 9x19mm
A researcher in Q's lab fires an MP40 to test out body armor.
Goldfinger's guard fires at Bond and Tilly with an MP40.
An elderly guard shoots at Bond's Aston Martin with her MP40.
Goldfinger himself picks up an MP40 during the raid on Ft. Knox (with his eyes closed again!).

Armalite AR-7

Tilly Masterson (Tania Mallet) is seen twice using an Armalite AR-7 rifle to try and shoot Goldfinger.

Tilly takes aim with her AR-7.
Tilly tries to find a position outside Goldfinger's headquarters.

Smith & Wesson Model 10

One of Goldfinger's guards fires a Smith & Wesson Model 10 at Bond and Tilly as they try and escape in Bond's Aston Martin DB5.

The guard fires his S&W Model 10.

Smith & Wesson M&P Revolver

During the raid on Fort Knox, Auric Goldfinger (Gert Fröbe) can be seen carrying a Smith & Wesson M&P revolver with a gold-plated finish and ivory grips while disguised as a U.S. Army Colonel, even shooting Mr. Ling with it, to fool Army soldiers during the shootout at the gold depository. Note: In the novel, Goldfinger uses a Gold-plated Colt Model 1908 Vest Pocket.

Smith & Wesson M&P - .38 Special
Goldfinger brandishes his gold-plated Smith & Wesson M&P revolver while disguised as a U.S. Army Colonel
Goldfinger shoots one of his workers (with his eyes closed!).
Goldfinger tries to intimidate Bond on his plane, who knows that it is dangerous for himself as using it would affect the cabin pressure causing the plane to crash.

Looks more like a Colt Police positive.

M1911A1

Oddjob (Harold Sakata) uses a suppressed M1911A1 to kill Solo (Martin Benson) while driving him to the airport in the Lincoln.

Smith & Wesson Model 22

While flying to the United States, Bond correctly identifies Pussy Galore's (Honor Blackman) revolver as a Smith & Wesson Model 22 (when he says "Smith & Wesson .45"), also stating that a bullet fired from the gun would pass through him and the plane.

Pussy brushes Bond's face with a Smith & Wesson revolver.
Pussy walks Bond through the airport with her .45.

Walther P38

Several of Auric Goldfinger (Gert Fröbe)'s guards can be seen carrying Walther P38 as their sidearms, one of which Bond also manages to comandeer before having to hand it back over to Pussy Galore.

1928A1 Thompson

Karabiner 98k

Goldfinger's men carry Karabiner 98k rifles during their raid on Fort Knox.

Karabiner 98k 7.92x57mm Mauser

M1 Carbine

U.S. Army soldiers can be seen carrying M1 Carbines during the gas raid on Fort Knox. They are WW2 Carbines judging by the darker wood Walnut stock and lack of a bayonet lug.

World War Two Era M1 Carbine, with Dark Walnut Stock, 'L' peep sight and no bayonet lug
U.S. Army soldiers with Thompsons and M1s surround Goldfinger inside Ft. Knox, unaware of who he is.

M14 rifle

U.S. Army soldiers at Fort Knox were seen with M14 rifles slung over their shoulders before Fort Knox was hit with knock-out gas by Pussy Galore's crew.

Weapons wall, top to bottom.

M1 Garand

A M1 Garand rifle can be seen on the weapons wall in Q's research lab.

Weapon's wall, the Garand is the third weapon up

Lee-Enfield Rifle

A Lee-Enfield rifle can also be seen on the Weapon's wall in Q's lab, I can't really tell what model though. i think the top one is a mark 3, by the sight half way down the barrel

  • Someone just make a section for all the weapons on that wall; I can easily make out a Mauser C96 with a wooden stock on the wall among the pistols... but I'll leave this for someone else
