Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is the eleventh installment in the Ghost Recon franchise and is a narrative sequel to Ghost Recon Wildlands. It is set in 2023, 4 years after Operation Kingslayer, on the mysterious island of Auroa.

Many weapons in the game have several additional variants.
-Assault - Greater recoil and firepower.
-Assault Special - Greater recoil and firepower. The same as the assault option, but visually different.
-Tactical - Integrated sound suppressor, high accuracy. Trigger restrictions (1 shot, 3 shot).
-Shorty / CQC - CQC variant. Smaller range and recoil.
-Scout - Weapons rework are DMR classes. Trigger restrictions (1 shot, 3 shot).
-Compact - Compact version. Better handiness, less stability.

Cole D. Walker (Jon Bernthal) uses a long-barreled revolver as his primary sidearm throughout the game. It's noted to be a fictional design in the official Ghost Recon Breakpoint cosplay guide released by Ubisoft. He is first seen using it to kill Weaver.
SIG-Sauer M17 MHS
The SIG-Sauer M17 MHS appears in the game as the "P320".
SIG-Sauer P227
The SIG-Sauer P227 appears in the game under its real name. It briefly serves as Nomad's only weapon following the Ghosts' botched infiltration of the Auroa Archipelago at the start of the game.
Springfield Armory XD-9 Mod.2 Tactical
The Springfield Armory XD-9 Mod.2 appears in the game as the "C-SFP".

The CZ Scorpion Evo 3 A1 appears in the game as the "Scorpion EVO3".

The weapon looks similar to the CQC variant. Has another telescopic stock. Shorter front grip and integrated sound suppressor. The variant shoots a series of 3 shells.

The Heckler & Koch MP5 MLI appears in the game as the "MP5".

The AK-74 appears in the game as the "AK74". The railed handguard from Ghost Recon Wildlands has been replaced by a standard synthetic handguard, meaning the AK-74 lacks the ability to attach underbarrel accessories this time around.

The Beretta ARX-200. New weapon in the series. Probably the same model as in Rainbow Six Siege. Available as a prize in season 2.
Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 appears in the game under its real name.
M4A1 Block II ("M4A1 Assault")
The "M4A1 Assault" variant is an M4A1 Block II with the FSP version of the Daniel Defense RIS II, a Vltor EMOD stock, and a flared magwell extension.
NDAD SURG 8 ("M4A1 Tactical")
The Nous Defions Arsenal Democracy (NDAD) Suppressor Upper Receiver Group (SURG) 8″ 5.56mm NATO. This is a modification of the AR-15 platform with an integrated sound suppressor. The weapon design was presented in 2017. The rifle in the game shoots a series of 3 shots and single shots. It is more accurate and powerful than the basic M4A1.
CZ 805 BREN
The CZ 805 BREN is one of the weapons in the game. It is used by the Wolves in the cinematic trailer. It's also seen being attached to a drone.
FN F2000 Tactical
The FN F2000 Tactical appears in the game as the "SC-20K", a name it appeared under in multiple Splinter Cell games.
FN SCAR-H
The FN SCAR-H LB appears in the game as the "MK17". A version with a Ghost Recon: Future Soldier-themed skin and its blueprint can be unlocked through the Ubisoft Club.
"MK17 Assault"
Relative to the original model has changed stock. It also has a different front grip. He still has a long barrel.
FN SCAR-SC ("MK17 Shorty")
The FN SCAR-SC appears as the "MK17 Shorty". However, it is depicted as being chambered in 7.62x51mm like the base SCAR-H, whereas the real SCAR-SC only exists in 5.56x45mm.
Heckler & Koch G36K
The Heckler & Koch G36K appears in the game rather inaccurately as the "G36C".
Heckler & Koch G36 ("G36C Scout")
The Heckler & Koch G36 with an adjustable buttstock and SL8-style carry handle appears in the game as the "G36C Scout." Its blueprint can be unlocked from the Ubisoft Club.
Heckler & Koch HK416F
The Heckler & Koch HK416F appears in the game as the "416". A version with a Rainbow Six-themed skin and its blueprint can be unlocked through the Ubisoft Club.
"416 Assault Special"
The Assault Special variant has a changed telescopic stock, different handle, front handle and magazine cover. Has the same barrel length.

The SIG-Sauer 516 appears in the game as the "516". In the cinematic trailer, Fury tosses a SIG-Sauer 516 CQB with a tan pistol grip and buttstock to Nomad. In the closed beta, only the 516 Patrol variant with a 16" barrel is available. The SIG 516 Patrol seems to be the Ghosts' standard issue carbine, since it's seen in the hands of numerous members of the unit including Nomad (flashbacks), Weaver, and Josiah Hill.

Heckler & Koch M320. Weapons available as a special skill in the Marksman class. The grenade launcher fires a projectile that marks enemies.
M203 Grenade Launcher (airsoft)
An airsoft version of the M203 grenade launcher appears as the "Underbarrel Grenade Launcher". The grenade launcher is mounted on each of the weapon platforms. Both the AK and AR family can mount a grenade launcher. The grenade launcher has bad reload animation. The cartridge is inserted through the barrel, similar to GP-series grenade launcher.

The Carl Gustaf M3 appears as an equipable item under the name "RAT-4".
