In the fifth season, Morgan's and Alicia's groups reunite for a united mission to help everyone in need. Alicia Clark (Alycia Debnam-Carey) takes two SIG-Sauer P229 E2 handguns along with two older SIG-Sauer P229Rs from a Latham police armory and places them in a small duffel bag in "You're Still Here" (S5E11). In the same episode, Wes (Colby Hollman) uses both P229 E2s to dispatch zombies.
Note: it appears that the SIG-Sauer P229R (and the newer P229R "E2") pistols were authorized to be used by officers for the Latham police before the outbreak.

A custom nickel-plated Single Action Army revolver continues to be the sidearm carried by John Dorie (Garret Dillahunt). The grips have the initials "JD" engraved on them. June (Jenna Elfman) holds the revolver in the Season 5 premiere "Here to Help" (S5E01). Luciana Galvez (Danay Garcia) fires the SAA in "The Hurt That Will Happen" (S5E02). According to Xtreme Props, these 1873 SAAs used by John are made by Cimarron.
A Colt 1851 Navy revolver made by Cimarron appears.
Colt Walker
A Colt Walker revolver is found in a locker in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03). The revolver is used by both Dwight and John in the episode.
Smith & Wesson Model 10
A Smith & Wesson Model 10 is carried by Logan (Matt Frewer) in a flashback. Janis (Holly Curran) picks up the revolver in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Smith & Wesson Model 60
A snub Smith & Wesson Model 60 is seen next to a dead body before John Dorie (Garret Dillahunt) picks it up in "The Little Prince" (S5E06).

Several M16A2 rifles are seen in an arsenal in "Skidmark" (S5E04). One of Logan's group (Trenton Rostedt) carries a Colt M16A2 in "Channel 4" (S5E09).
Colt M4A1
An M4A1 is used by one of Annie's kids in "Skidmark" (S5E04). A custom M4A1 is used by Isabelle (Sydney Lemmon) and Althea (Maggie Grace) in "The End of Everything" (S5E05). This particular weapon is fitted with a dual stabbing implement as well as a "chainsaw"-style grip. These weapons are used prominently by CRM soldiers in the series The Walking Dead: World Beyond.
Heckler & Koch G36KV
A member of the Pioneers (Jason Bischoff) handles a Heckler & Koch G36K in the background in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Mossberg 464
A heavily worn Mossberg Model 464 is used by Max (Ethan Suess) in Season 5's Premiere "Here to Help" (S5E01)". One of Annie's kids (Derrick Gilbert) has Max's worn 464 slung over his shoulder in "Skidmark" (S5E04). In the same episode, Max has his 464 slung over his back.

Two Winchester Model 1873 rifles are found in a locker in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03). Both of the rifles are used by June and John to take out the walkers in the episode.

Wes (Colby Hollman) uses what appears to be a Winchester Model 1912 Riot Gun loaded with beanbag ammunition to dispatch a zombie in "You're Still Here" (S5E11).

Daniel's Arsenal
In "Skidmark" (S5E04), Daniel is seen having a collection of firearms that he salvaged during his time living in Texas. In the same episode, Daniel is seen putting an M4A1 with a C-Beta Drum Magazine and an M16A2 on the long gun rack.
