Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is the 2014 sequel to 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Set a decade following a deadly viral outbreak that has decimated the human population, remnants of the human race attempt to make peace with the intelligent apes led by Caesar. The film's cast includes Gary Oldman, Jason Clarke, Keri Russell and Andy Serkis returns to provide motion capture for the apes.
The following weapons were used in the film Dawn of the Planet of the Apes:
Colt Model 933
Dreyfus (Gary Oldman) as well as other human survivors can be seen using the Colt Model 933 carbine in the film. Dreyfus's is seen fitted with a Leupold CQ/T scope and a Surefire M900 foregrip.
Colt M4A1
The M4A1 is used by both humans and apes. The M4A1 with Trijicon ACOG is the primary weapon of Caesar's ruthless adviser Koba (Toby Kebbell.
Bushmaster ACR
The Bushmaster ACR with skeletonized front rail and 10.5 inch barrel is mostly seen with Caesar's son Blue Eyes.
FN SCAR-H
A FN SCAR-H fitted with an ACOG scope, foregrip, AN/PEG-15 laser designator, and weapon light is used by Malcolm (Jason Clarke) to hold Dreyfus at gunpoint near the end of the film.
M249 Paratrooper SAW
What appears to be an M249 Paratrooper SAW is seen used by humans and apes. Caesar's ruthless bonobo adviser Koba dual-wields the SAW along with an M4A1 during his charge against the human settlement.
M249-E2 SAW
M249 SAW Squad Automatic Weapon appears to be mounted on an armored tank.
M136 AT4
An AT4 launcher is seen used by Dreyfus.
Beretta 92FS
