Captain America: Civil War is the second sequel to Captain America: The First Avenger. Chris Evans returns as Steve Rogers/Captain America, who finds himself at odds with Tony Stark (Robert Downey, Jr.) over whether the Avengers should operate under United Nations control. The Russo Brothers, who directed Captain America: The Winter Soldier, return to helm this picture, which also is part of "Phase Three" of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
