WARNING! THIS PAGE CONTAINS SPOILERS!
Handguns
Glock 26
As before in The Avengers, SHIELD agent Natasha Romanoff, aka "Black Widow" (Scarlett Johansson) wields a pair of Glock 26 pistols as her main weapons.
Glock 17
SHIELD Special Agents and HYDRA operatives impersonating DC Metro Police officers use Glock 17 pistols.
Glock 19
Several SHIELD and STRIKE agents are armed with the Glock 19 including Brock Rumlow (Frank Grillo). The Glock also is seen in the hands of Yen (Chin Han), a member of the World Security Council after it is given to him by Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson). Sharon Carter/Agent 13 (Emily VanCamp) is seen firing a Glock on the shooting range.
COP 357 Derringer
The Winter Soldier can be seen with a holstered COP 357 Derringer on a custom thigh holster holding two pistols.
FNP-45 Tactical
Sharon/Agent 13 (Emily VanCamp) carries an FNP-45 Tactical as her sidearm of choice.
Intratec TEC-38
The Intratec TEC-38 is the second of the pistols on The Winter Soldier's right thigh holster. The blown up image more clearly shows that there are actually two pistols on this holster. An odd configuration to be certain. The version displayed here is the two tone nickel plated version that was also seen in A Low Down Dirty Shame.
SIG-Sauer P220 series pistol
The Winter Soldier can be seen with what appears to be a holstered stainless steel/nickel plated SIG-Sauer P220 series pistol, either a P220 or a P226. The pistol also is seen in the hands of Secretary Alexander Pierce (Robert Redford).
SIG-Sauer P226 Super Capacity Tactical (Customized)
STRIKE Agent Brock Rumlow (Frank Grillo) also is seen with what appears to be a custom SIG-Sauer P226 Super Capacity Tactical pistol..
Smith & Wesson M&P
SHIELD Director Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) can be seen carrying the Smith & Wesson M&P as his sidearm.
Submachine Guns
Vz. 61 Skorpion
The Winter Soldier also carries a Sa. Vz. 61 Skorpion.
Steyr SPP
Sam Wilson, aka "Falcon", (Anthony Mackie) appears to be armed with dual Steyr SPP submachine guns. An assassin disguised as a Metropolitan Police Department officer also uses a SPP while attempting to kill Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). Falcon's SPPs appear to be collapsible, and it would appear that he carries many of them on his vest.
MAC-10 (Non-Gun)
The Steyr SPP used by the assassin turns into a Non Gun MAC-10 when fired into Fury's SUV. In some scenes, the pair of Steyr SPP's carried by Falcon turn into MAC-10's.
Rifles
Colt M4A1
The Colt M4A1 is carried and used by SHIELD Strike team members, henchmen working for the Winter Soldier, SWAT officers, and policemen throughout the film, all fitted with various attachments.
FN F2000 Tactical
One of the Winter Soldier's henchmen uses an FN F2000 Tactical fitted with an EOTech 552 holographic sight. A SHIELD Strike agent also uses a F2000 Tactical while rescuing hostages aboard The Lemurian Star.
Galil MAR
An enemy operative is seen with a Galil MAR fitted with a railed handguard with attached EOTech sight.
Heckler & Koch G36C
A few French mercenaries occupying a SHIELD-owned ship are armed with Heckler & Koch G36Cs.
Steyr AUG A3
Brock Rumlow (Frank Grillo) uses a Steyr AUG A3 with a fictional advanced sight while rescuing hostages from the SHIELD ship.
Machine Guns
General Dynamics GAU-17/A
The SHIELD Quinjet in the film is seen armed with an under-mounted General Dynamics GAU-17/A.
Hand Held M134 Minigun
One of the Winter Soldier's men is armed with a handheld M134 Minigun.
Other
M203 Type Grenade Launcher
The Winter Soldier is handed an M4A1 fitted with an M203 type Grenade Launcher. The Black Widow later uses the grenade launcher as well. The launcher has a trigger guard which is fixed to the launcher rather than clipping onto the M4's magazine well along with lacking the barrel mount indicating that it is not a standard M203, however not enough details are shown in the trailer to determine the exact model (possibly an LMT or RM Equipment variant).
FN Mk 13
The Winter Soldier can be seen using what appears to be a modified version of a standalone FN Mk 13 grenade launcher. The barrel has been displaced downwards in order for the weapon to fire large, disc shaped projectiles from the gap between the barrel and the frame.
Milkor MGL Mk 1L
The Winter Soldier can be seen using a Milkor MGL Mk 1L grenade launcher.
M67 Hand Grenade
Captain America takes an M67 hand grenade off a SHIELD operative and tosses to take out other enemy combatants.
