In the fifth season, Morgan's and Alicia's groups reunite for a united mission to help everyone in need. After being tricked by one of the survivors, the group finds themselves in very dangerous territory and are forced to find a way to escape as soon as possible to get revenge on the liar. However, it turns out that behind him are more powerful people who are trying to subdue the group. The season is directed by Michael Satrazemis, Ron Underwood, Sharat Raju and others, consists of sixteen episodes and was premiered on June 2, 2019 on AMC.

Pistols
Arsenal Р-М01
A power plant manager named Grace Mukherjee (Karen David) is armed with a Bulgarian Arsenal Р-М01 when she meets Morgan in "The Hurt That Will Happen" (S5E02). Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) suddenly appears and takes the gun away, but then throws it back to Grace during a hunt for radioactive walkers. The holstered pistol is seen in "Still Standing" (S5E07). She fires it at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08). Grace uses the pistol to take out walkers on a mall escalator in "210 Words Per Minute" (S5E10).
Beretta 84
Charlie (Alexa Nisenson) aims a Beretta 84 at Logan's men who take over the Wittington's Denim Company factory in "Here to Help" (S5E01). She fires it at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08).
Beretta 92FS
Dwight (Austin Amelio) is armed with a Beretta 92FS in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03), John (Garret Dillahunt) briefly takes the gun away after disarming it, but then gives it back. After shooting all the bullets, Dwight throws the gun away and starts using a revolver. Luciana (Danay Garcia) fires the Beretta at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08). Dwight unloads his gun at the beginning of "210 Words Per Minute" (S5E10), but is quickly captured by a member of Logan's group named Rollie (Cory Hart). He threatens him, but eventually Dwight manages to get his gun back. Wes (Colby Hollman) fires the gun in "You're Still Here" (S5E11) chasing another survivor. Dwight threatens Logan's men with his pistol in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Browning Hi-Power
Victor Strand (Colman Domingo) uses a Browning Hi-Power with black grips as his main sidearm throughout the season. The first time he pulls it out of the holster in "Here to Help" (S5E01) after noticing that the factory where Morgan's group made a settlement has been taken over by Logan's crew. Noticing the lack of gages in Daniel's plane in "Skidmark" (S5E04), Victor pulls out his gun, expecting an ambush. He shoots the walkers with the gun after the balloon falls in "Still Standing" (S5E07). At the end of "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08), he pulls out the Browning and points it at the suddenly arrived Logan. Strand's holstered Browning is seen at the beginning of "You're Still Here" (S5E11).
Colt M1911A1
Caravan fuel producer Dom (Beau Smith) points the Colt M1911A1 when Logan's crew arrives at Tank Town at the beginning of "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Glock 17
Sarah Rabinowitz (Mo Collins) uses a Glock 17 as her main sidearm throughout the season. She points it at Logan's men who take over the Wittington's Denim Company factory in "Here to Help" (S5E01). After losing her previous gun, Annie (Bailey Gavulic) carries the Glock 17 and shoots walkers during the horde's attack on the treehouse in "Still Standing" (S5E07). She also fires it at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08). Sarah points the pistol at Logan later in the episode. Luciana (Danay Garcia) carries the holstered gun in "Channel 4" (S5E09). Sarah's Glock is seen holstered while guarding the camp in "Ner Tamid" (S5E12). Luciana and Sarah use their Glocks during the conflict with Logan in Tank Town in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Glock 19
Annie (Bailey Gavulic) drops her Gen 4 Glock 19 after a struggle with a walker in "Skidmark" (S5E04). Alicia Clark (Alycia Debnam-Carey) carries what appears to be a holstered Glock 19 in "The Little Prince" (S5E06).
Philadelphia Derringer
June (Jenna Elfman) shoots a walker with a Philadelphia Derringer she took from the gun locker of the theme park in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03).
SIG-Sauer P229 E2
Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) takes two SIG-Sauer P229 E2 handguns from a Latham police armory and places them in a small duffel bag in "You're Still Here" (S5E11). In the same episode, Wes (Colby Hollman) uses both pistols to shoot walkers.
SIG-Sauer P229R
Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) takes two older SIG-Sauer P229R pistols from a Latham police armory and places them in a small duffel bag in "You're Still Here" (S5E11). In the same episode, Wes (Colby Hollman) uses both pistols to shoot walkers.
Smith & Wesson M&P
CRM soldier Isabelle Russo (Sydney Lemmon) points her service Smith & Wesson M&P at Althea in "The End of Everything" (S5E05). Althea (Maggie Grace) holds the M&P in "You're Still Here" (S5E11) encountering Logan's roadblock.
Revolvers
After cracking the gun locker at the theme park in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03), June finds at least one Cimarron-made Colt 1851 Navy. Dwight (Austin Amelio) fires it at walkers after his Beretta runs out of bullets. He continues to carry the revolver in a holster in "The Little Prince" (S5E06), "Still Standing" (S5E07) and "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08).
Colt Walker
John (Garret Dillahunt) loads and uses one of the Cimarron-made Colt Walkers from the same locker to kill walkers in the street in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03).
Single Action Army
John Dorie (Garret Dillahunt) continues to use his paired custom nickel-plated Cimarron-made Single Action Army revolvers with the initials "JD" engraved on grips during the season. John and June (Jenna Elfman) shoot walkers after the plane crash in "Here to Help" (S5E01). John gives one of his revolvers to a wounded Luciana (Danay Garcia) for self-defense in "The Hurt That Will Happen" (S5E02). John briefly uses revolvers during his trip to the "Humbug's Gulch" theme park in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03). The holstered guns are seen in "The Little Prince" (S5E06) and "Still Standing" (S5E07). He fires it at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08). John briefly uses the SAA in "Channel 4" (S5E09). John and June shoot off a horde of walkers arriving at the Temple B'nai Israel in "Ner Tamid" (S5E12). John, June, and Luciana hold revolvers during a confrontation with the Virginia's Pioneers in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).

Unknown Revolver
Second-in-Command of Logan's Crew named Doris (Mikala Gibson) carries the holstered revolver at the end of "Channel 4" (S5E09).

Heckler & Koch MP5K
Several kids from Annie's group are armed with Heckler & Koch MP5Ks with a tri-lug barrel in "Skidmark" (S5E04).
Heckler & Koch MP5A2
A Heckler & Koch MP5A2 is used by two kids (including Lilly Wilmoth) from Annie's group in "Skidmark" (S5E04) and "The End of Everything" (S5E05). Max (Ethan Suess) uses the MP5 shooting at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08).
IMI Uzi
One of the kids from Annie's group holds an Uzi in "Skidmark" (S5E04).
Rifles/Carbines
AKM
A member of Logan's crew (Alexandra Payne) is armed with an AKM (or similar AK rifle) at the gates the captured factory in "Here to Help" (S5E01). Another AKM is used by one of the kids (Derrick Gilbert) from Annie's group in "Skidmark" (S5E04). Second-in-Command of Logan's Crew named Doris (Mikala Gibson) is also armed with the rifle at the end of "Channel 4" (S5E09) She and another crewmember (Alex Christian) are seen with AKMs in "You're Still Here" (S5E11).
Bushmaster ACR
A member of the Pioneers handles a Bushmaster ACR in the background in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Colt XM177E2
The Colt XM177E2 is used by one of the kids from Annie's group in "Skidmark" (S5E04) and later in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08).
Colt M16A1
A member of Logan's crew (Mark Meir) is armed with a Colt M16A1 guarding the entrance to the captured factory in "Here to Help" (S5E01). Two other members (Balint Pinczehelyi and AZ Alvarez) fire at Wes' bike at the end of "Channel 4" (S5E09). Two of them (Stacey Locke and AZ Alvarez) use rifles in "You're Still Here" (S5E11), blocking the road for Morgan and Al.
Colt M16A2
Daniel (Rubén Blades) finds the Colt M16A2 rifle on the sortie at the beginning of "Skidmark" (S5E04) and brings it to his warehouse. Logan's Crewmember (Trenton Rostedt) also carries the rifle at the end of "Channel 4" (S5E09) and later in "You're Still Here" (S5E11). Dwight (Austin Amelio) and another member of the Caravan (Andrew John) guard the camp with rifles in "Ner Tamid" (S5E12).
Colt M4A1
An M4A1 with a Beta C-Mag drum mag is placed in an abandoned store as a turret at the beginning of "Skidmark" (S5E04). Daniel (Rubén Blades) removes it and takes it to his warehouse. One of the kids in Annie's group holds another M4A1 with an ACOG scope and grip later in the episode. CRM Soldier Isabelle Russo (Sydney Lemmon) also armed with a customized M4A1 with an ACOG scope, a vertical grip, a dual stabbing implement as well as a "chainsaw"-style grip at the end of the episode and later in "The End of Everything" (S5E05). Althea (Maggie Grace) also holds the CRM rifle in "The End of Everything" (S5E05).
Custom AR-15
Rabbi Jacob Kessner (Peter Jacobson) is armed with a custom M4A1 with a Desert Ordnance XM4 lower and a bayonet dealing with the walkers around the synagogue in "Ner Tamid" (S5E12).
Heckler & Koch G36KV
A member of the Pioneers (Jason Bischoff) handles a Heckler & Koch G36K in the background in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Henry Classic Lever Action
A boy named Dylan (Cooper Dodson) aims a heavily worn Henry Classic Lever Action while hunting a deer at the beginning of "Here to Help" (S5E01). When walkers appear, the rifle is taken by Max (Ethan Suess), Dylan's brother, and both run away. Later in the episode, the gun also appears in the hands of their sister Annie (Bailey Gavulic). One of the kids (Derrick Gilbert) from Annie's group carries Max's carbine over his shoulder in "Skidmark" (S5E04). Later Max also holds his gun. Several kids including Max are armed with a suddenly multiplied carbines in "Still Standing" (S5E07). The gun was incorrectly called as a Mossberg Model 464 by the Xtreme Props gunsmiths.
Mossberg Patriot
Member of Logan's crew named Rollie (Cory Hart) is armed with a Mossberg Patriot in "210 Words Per Minute" (S5E10).
Ruger Mini-14
Daniel Salazar (Rubén Blades) puts the Ruger Mini-14 in the car getting ready for the foray in "Skidmark" (S5E04).
SKS
Daniel Salazar (Rubén Blades) points an SKS at Victor Strand in "The Hurt That Will Happen" (S5E02). He also briefly holds the rifle at the beginning of "Skidmark" (S5E04), putting the rifle in the car.
Winchester Model 1873
June (Jenna Elfman) and John (Garret Dillahunt) find a Winchester Model 1873 in the gun locker in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03) and both use it to kill walkers. June carries the carbine behind her back in "Still Standing" (S5E07). She fires it at walkers on the airstrip in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08). Luciana (Danay Garcia) gets the Winchetser out of the car in "Channel 4" (S5E09) and hands it to John, who shoots off the walkers before they can detonate mines around Tess' house. June also uses the carbine during the Battle for Tank Town in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Uberti Model 1873
John (Garret Dillahunt) uses the Uberti Model 1873 during the Battle for Tank Town in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Zastava M70AB2
One of the kids (Mia Urrabazo) from Annie's group holds a Zastava M70AB2 in "Skidmark" (S5E04). One of Logan's Crewmember (uncredited) is armed with the M70AB2 in "Channel 4" (S5E09). Two others members (Alexandra Payne and Matthew Arbo) hold the Zastava in "You're Still Here" (S5E11).
Unrecognizable Rifle
Daniel Salazar (Rubén Blades) puts an unknown rifle in the car getting ready for the foray in "Skidmark" (S5E04). One of the kids (Sage Flowers) from Annie's group holds another rifle in the same episode.
Shotguns
Double Barreled Shotgun
John (Garret Dillahunt) takes the Double Barreled Shotgun from the gun cabinet and shoots the walkers in "Humbug's Gulch" theme park in "Humbug's Gulch" (S5E03).
Mossberg 500AT
Wes (Colby Hollman) grabs a Mossberg 500AT shotgun from a police car when the walkers come into the police station in "You're Still Here" (S5E11). However, it soon turns out that the shotgun is loaded with non-lethal beanbag ammunition and after wasting all the rounds he throws it away.
Remington 870 Entry Gun (Custom)
Victor (Colman Domingo) pulls a custom short-barreled Remington 870 Entry Gun fitted with Magpul furniture and ghost ring sights out of the police equipment bag and shoots at the approaching walkers in "You're Still Here" (S5E11). After realizing that the shotgun is loaded with tear gas cartridges, he drops the shotgun.
Winchester Model 101
Wendell (Daryl Mitchell) aims a chopped down Winchester Model 101 at Logan's men who take over the Wittington's Denim Company factory in "Here to Help" (S5E01). The shotgun also appears but is not used in "Skidmark" (S5E04). He points the shotgun at Logan when he appears in "Is Anybody Out There?" (S5E08) and later at Logan's crew in "Leave What You Don't" (S5E13).
Machine Guns
M249 SAW Para
Two M249 SAW Para mounted on Althea's BAE Systems Caiman appear again in Season 5, specifically in "Skidmark" (S5E04) when Wendell is about to shoot a horde of walkers on the highway.
PKM
The PKM machine gun is seen mounted on a turret in an abandoned store at the beginning of "Skidmark" (S5E04).
Other
Daniel's Warehouse Arsenal
The warehouse seen in "Skidmark" (S5E04) in which Daniel lives contains an extensive arsenal that he salvaged during his time living in Texas.
Landmine
A survivor named Ben (uncredited) sets mines around his house. In "Channel 4" (S5E09), Morgan accidentally steps on one of them, but safely disarms it.
