He played in more then 75 movies, including such popular movies as The Living and the Dead (Zhivye i Myortvye) (1964), War and Peace (Voyna i mir) (1965), Aybolit-66 (1966), Beware of the Car (Beregis Avtomobilya) (1966), Three Poplars at Plyuschikha Street (Tri topolya na Plyushchikhe) (1967), Shine, Shine, My Star (Gori, gori, moya zvezda) (1969), The Battalions Request Fire (Batalyony prosyat ognya) (1985).
