An FN SCAR-L is seen in a nightmare image of Pito in "Second Squad Jam". Another member of Team MMTM Summon carries one with the stock folded for CQB use in "The Devil's Comeback".

Team MMTM members Lax and Kenta use Heckler & Koch G36KV carbines as their primary weapons.
Heckler & Koch HK416
The Heckler & Koch HK416 is seen in the GGO weapon shop in "Second Squad Jam".

Team T-S members almost exclusively uses Heckler & Koch XM8 Carbines during their introduction in the 2nd SJ tournament.
Krebs Custom KTR-09
Pitohui wields a Krebs Custom KTR-09 rifle during SJ2, although it's first seen in "Second Squad Jam". Although Pitohui is an avid weapon collector in GGO who is known to use different weapons virtually every time she shows up, from a character design perspective the KTR-09 is generally treated as her signature weapon, appearing with her on promotional material, official artwork, merchandise, and so forth.

The Norinco Model 311 is seen in "Fan Letter" with Kakouton in a flashback sequence.

The SIG SG 550 is seen in a flashback sequence in "Fan Letter" with Dyne.

The Steyr AUG A1 is seen in the GGO weapon shop in "Second Squad Jam".

The Steyr-Mannlicher STM-556 is the primary weapon used by David, first seen in "Booby Trap".

FN FAL
The FN FAL is seen with the GGO pro team known as Team Narrow in "Squad Jam". Howa Type 64s or Type 89s would be more fitting for a group made up of JASDF airmen using GGO for training evaluation, and the original novels themselves also note that the Type 64 does in-fact exist in the game. In an ironic twist, Sword Art Online: Alicization later features Klein using a Type 64. The story background suggests that during the events of the Phantom Bullet arc, Zaskar would have implemented firearms with high STR stats. So this would mean that the time the team was deployed, the Type 64 wasn't available.

The Heckler & Koch G3A3 is seen in "Fan Letter" with Uemaru in a flashback sequence.
SIG 510
Fukaziroh used an empty SIG 510 as a makeshift melee weapon during a fight inside the dome in "Ten Minute Massacre".

Kel-Tec KSG
A Team PM4 mercenary uses a Kel-Tec KSG shotgun as his primary weapon in the 2nd SJ tournament. It does not appear to be fitted with any sort of rail system.
Remington Model 870
A short barrelled Remington Model 870 with a pistol grip is seen with a GGO player in the 2nd SJ tournament in "Booby Trap". Pitohui uses a similiar Remington Model 870 as a back up weapon.
Sniper Rifles
Accuracy International Arctic Warfare
The Accuracy International Arctic Warfare is seen in the GGO weapon shop in "Second Squad Jam". It is wrongly named "AWP".
Barrett M107A1
Pitohui uses an M107A1 in the second Squad Jam tournament to great effect when she uses it in "Ten Minute Massacre". Later on, M also uses this weapon in tandem with his protective shield in "The Devil's Comeback" before it was lost to gunfire.
Blaser R93
A Blaser R93 is the rifle of choice for Team KKHC member Shirley in GGO.
Mk 14 Enhanced Battle Rifle
The Mk 14 Enhanced Battle Rifle is used by M as his primary weapon of choice in GGO. It's seen in "Fan Letter" with Musketeer X in a flashback sequence.
PTRD-41
Team SHINC member Sophie keeps a scoped PTRD-41 anti-tank rifle in her inventory during the 2nd SJ tournament in "The Devil's Comeback". She and Touma uses this rifle to great effect against the armored shield deployed by M in the fight. M correctly identifies it as a 'Degtyaryov Anti-Tank Rifle' when he sees the rifle for the first time.
Remington M24
A Remington M24 is used by a GGO pro player in Team Narrow in "Squad Jam". It appears to be used by LLENN during her time in the GGO Shooting Range via tutorial in "GGO". Some GGO teams, including Team KKHC aka Northern Hunter's Club, use them in "Booby Trap".
Savage Arms 10 BA
The Savage Arms 10 BA is seen in "Booby Trap" with a masked player recruited by M. Pitohui later uses it in "Psycho LLENN" after the masked player is killed.
SVD Dragunov
A SVD Dragunov is seen inside a gun store aisle in "GGO". Tohma and Anna use them in GGO as their main weapon of choice, the difference being that the former uses the original wood furniture while the latter uses the synthetic furniture.

The VSS Vintorez is used by Eva aka Saki Nitobe as her primary weapon in GGO.

The M26 grenade is used by the GGO pro team Team Narrows in taking out All-Japan Machine Gun Lovers team members in "Squad Jam". LLENN uses it briefly in "GGO" when she tries to ambush GGO players and it's also seen on a display case in a gun shop. One of the masked players recruited by M has several M26s placed in his tac vest when he tries to use them as a makeshift suicide vest in "The Devil's Comeback".
