The following weapons were used in the film An Old, Old Tale (Staraya, staraya skazka):
Revolvers
Webley Mk VI
Despite wearing mid-19th century style uniform, Soldier (Oleg Dal) carries a Webley Mk VI revolver. It appears to be the same gun, seen in several Lenfilm productions, notably The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson. In one scene Bodyguard of the princess (Georgiy Shtil) dual wields a Webley and a Mle 1892 (see below).
MAS Mle 1892
Bodyguard of the princess (Georgiy Shtil) carries several firearms, one of which is a Mle 1892 revolver.
Pistols
Percussion Cap Pistol
One more firearm, carried by the Bodyguard of the princess (Georgiy Shtil), is a Percussion Cap Pistol of military pattern.
Percussion Dueling Pistol
The Bodyguard also carries a Percussion Dueling Pistol.
Percussion Pocket Pistol
The Bodyguard also carries a Percussion Pocket Pistol.
Webley & Scott No. 1 Mk. III* Signal Pistol
In one scene the king's coachman (Boris Leskin) shoots in air, starting the contest of princess's riddles. He uses a Webley & Scott No. 1 Mk. III* Signal Pistol. This gun is also seen in several Lenfilm productions, standing for large caliber muzzleloading pistol of 19th century.
