Several Beretta 92F pistols are seen throughout the movie.

The assassin who tries to kill Yu uses a Beretta Model 70.

Yu is presented with a second generation Glock 17 at the Mount Ararat research facility.

H&K MP5-A3
Several COSMOS soldiers use H&K MP5-A3s. ARCAM Defense Force units too use the submachine gun in fighting off Machine Corp soldiers.

During a flashback of the COSMOS Program, Yu uses an M60 machine gun to kill his instructors.

The Machiner's Platoon super-soldier codenamed "FATMAN" uses a hand-held M134 Minigun modeled after the one used in Terminator 2.
