The Beretta Px4 Storm Compact Inox is used by Morgan Miller (Maya Stojan) in "Deep Fake".
Glock 17
The Glock 17 is seen with multiple characters throughout the season.
Glock 19
The Glock 19 is seen with NCIS agents stationed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, including Special Agent in Charge Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey) and Special Agent Jesse Boone (Noah Mills). The Glock is also used by various other law enforcement officers throughout the season, including Coast Guard Investigative Service (CGIS) Special Agent Neil Pike (Mark Gessner).

A Heckler & Koch USP Compact is seen with Special Agent Nick Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) while in Hawaii in "Prisoners' Dilemma."

The SIG-Sauer P365 is the sidearm used by NCIS Special Agent Lucy Tara (Yasmine Al-Bustami) and FBI Special Agent Kate Whistler (Tori Anderson).

The Heckler & Koch MP5K-PDW is used by Charlie 1 (Linc Hand) in Mexico before Jane takes it after the former is shot in the leg near the end of "Curtain Call". One is also used by Tennant in "Deep Fake" albeit with the stock removed.

The Daniel Defense MK18 is seen with NCIS Special Agent Grisha "G." Callen (Chris O'Donnell) of the NCIS Office of Special Projects in "Deep Fake". Callen's MK18 is similarly set up as the MK18 used by the OSP in NCIS: Los Angeles.
Heckler & Koch G36C
The Heckler & Koch G36C is seen in "Rising Sun" with a laser sight.
Heckler & Koch HK416
The Heckler & Koch HK416 is seen with NCIS REACT operators, US Navy Security Forces personnel and DEA FAST operators. The main team also sometimes use them when they need the big guns. In "Shields Up", it's used by a USMC team known as Black Diamonds.
M4A1 carbine
The M4A1 carbine is seen with American law enforcement/military personnel.
Mk 18
The Mk 18 was earlier seen with a CC gunman in "Changing Tides" before it changed to a M4A1.
SIG SG 552
The SIG SG 552 is seen with Harom's mercenaries in "Curtain Call". It is also used by rogue former CIA contractors in "Deep Fake".
SIG-Sauer MCX VIRTUS
The SIG-Sauer MCX VIRTUS is used by Norman Dell (James Morrison) in "Deep Fake".
