The following weapons were used in the film Zombie Fever:
Okhrannik (Security Guard) Pyotr (Alexander Levenchuk) carries the Makarov PM pistol as his duty sidearm in the film's beginning. One of the bill collectors (uncredited) briefly uses a PM. At the film's climax Natasha (Yuliya Volkova) uses it as well.

Pyotr can be seen armed with a generic AK-47 during the animated segment.
Type I AK-47, hybrid stamped/milled receiver with prototype slab sided magazine - 7.62x39mm. While it was intended for the AK to use all stamped parts for cost reasons, the Soviet metalworking industry was simply not ready to do this at the time, and the high rejection rate of the early stamped AK receivers led to a switch to milling that lasted until the introduction of the AKM.
While the rifle is rather cartoonish, the wooden stock and typical AK-47 muzzle shape can be seen.
Natasha (Yuliya Volkova) fires a PKM machine gun during one scene. Vladimir Putin (uncredited) uses it during the film's climax.
PK Machine Gun, note the larger curved gas block and the thicker fluted barrel that was found on the original weapon - 7.62x54mm R

Sasha throws an unknown grenade at the film's climax. It's never seen clear, but based on the way the character holds the grenade, it is most likely the F-1 hand grenade or RGD-5 hand grenade.
