The Return of Ringo (Italian: Il ritorno di Ringo) is a 1965 Italian-Spanish Spaghetti Western directed by Duccio Tessaristarring by Giuliano Gemma (credited as "Montgomery Wood") reprising the role of Ringo.
In July 1865, the American Civil War has just ended and Captain Montgomery Brown, presumed dead, returns to his hometown to find his house invaded by strangers and his wife engaged to one of the leaders, Fernando Fuentes. Now disguised as a mestizo peasant, Ringo intends to discover everything about this group of outlaws in order to free his town from the tyranny of the Fuentes family.
The Return of Ringo was a success in the Italian market, being the third highest-grossing film in 1965, behind A Pistol for Ringo (another Tessari production) and A Fistful of Dollars.

Revolvers
Colt Single Action Army
The only revolver used throughout the film is the Colt Single Action Army with various different barrel lengths. As in A Pistol for Ringo, all of the Colt Single Action Army replicas seen in the film have frames with target sights. The Single Action Army, along with every other gun in this film, is anachronistic to the 1865 setting.

Ringo fires his Colt Single Action Army at the two people waiting for him in the cantina.
Ringo holsters his Colt Single Action Army in his pants after their confrontation.
Esteban Fuentes uses his Colt Single Action Army to finish off his brother's victims.
Ringo intends to ambush Esteban and Fernando Fuentes who are attending Montgomery Brown's funeral (himself), but regrets it when he sees that his family is accompanying the Fuentes family.
After his right hand is stabbed, Ringo begins practicing using weapons with his left hand.
Elizabeth Brown, Ringo's daughter, plays with her father's Colt Single Action Army, spinning the cylinder of the pistol after Ringo loaded it for his confrontation at the Fuentes mansion.

One of the Fuentes' henchmen carries a Colt Single Action Army "Cavalry" during the wedding shootout.
Two other henchmen of the Fuentes also uses Colt Single Action Army "Cavalry" in the shootout.
In a continuity error, Fernando Fuentes uses a Colt Single Action Army "Cavalry" without nickel plated finish.
After being wounded, Sheriff Carson attempts to shoot the person who shot him, but misses and takes out some of his henchmen.

Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine
Although it is not the only rifle that appears in the film, the Winchester Model 1892 Saddle Ring Carbine is the only one used by the characters, mainly the men of the Fuentes family.

Although he is not the only one to do so, Ringo (Giuliano Gemma) largely uses a Colt Model 1878 double-barreled shotgun.
