The following weapons appear in the video game Serious Sam 4:
Desert Eagle Mark XIX
The Desert Eagle Mark XIX appears as the "SOP38 Pistol". It incorrectly holds 10 rounds in the magazine and can be dual wielded after learning the necessary skill. This pistol is pretty useful even in the later parts too because the game throws a lot of weak trashmobs at Sam at later levels.
Magnum Research Desert Eagle Mark XIX w/ stainless finish, railed frame, and railed and ported barrel - .50 AE
"First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then you kill them, then you win." - Sam Serious Stone
Mental Gear Solid - Sam sneaks up on two patrolling Octanian Gamma Troopers wielding a Desert Eagle.
The game claims that it uses .45 ACP rounds but these look more like .44 Magnum.
The Mossberg 590 with wooden furniture and pistol grip appears as the "Single Shotgun". Unlike the pump shotgun in BFE, this one no longer needs to be reloaded and is only pumped after each shot.
Mossberg 590 with bayonet lug and heat shield - 12 gauge
Sam stops to check out the Octanian Gamma Trooper's energy weapon.
When dual wielding two M590s the shotguns cycle on their own after each shot.
Father Mikhail with a Mossberg 590.
Double Barrel Shotgun
The Double Barrel Shotgun returns as the "Double Shotgun."
Remington SPR210 Shotgun - 12 gauge
I'll take yet another fourth wall breaking easter egg for $200, Alex.
Sam blasts away a Sirian Werebull with the coach gun.
The Fostech Origin-12 appears as the "Autoshotgun". It is classified as a heavy weapon and does not share ammo with the other two shotguns.
Fostech Origin-12 with 9.75" barrel - 12 gauge
Sam wields an Origin-12 - note drum magazine sits higher up and the shotgun lacks its magwell. As the mag gets low on ammo, the shells disappear from it. That is some Modern Warfare
level attention to detail.
Mowing through a crowd of angry dollar store Wolverines.
Sam re-acquires the Autoshotgun - the game strips away all his weapons twice (!).
SMGs and Rifles
The M1928AC appears as a pre-order bonus skin for the M29 Assault Rifle.
Colt M1921AC Thompson with 50-round drum magazine - .45 ACP.
Sam engages a vampire-like enemy with the Tommy Gun. This is just a toggle-able skin for the Mk 18.
AKMs are used by Michelle and other French resistance fighters.
Michelle with an AKM with no buttstock and selector left on safe. It uses the same holding animations and shooting sound as the suppressed Mk 18.
Mk 18 Mod 1
A Mk 18 Mod 1 appears in the game as the "M29 Assault Rifle." It uses the same shared asset model from Virtual Warfighter and earlier versions of H3VR. It comes with 80-round magazines.
Mk 18 Mod 1 - 5.56x45mm NATO
Sam reloads the Mk 18 which manages to hold 80 rounds in the standard 30-round STANAG magazine. Zoom in to see that the firemode pictograms look like the ones found on LWRCi lowers.
Rodriguez with the M29 Assault Rifle.
The Barrett M107 appears as the "RAPTOR 16mm Sniper Rifle".
Barrett M107 Long Range Sniper Rifle - .50 BMG
Dual wielding 2 Barretts because why the hell not? The one on the left is just a mirrored copy of the other one. Part of the ejection port on it should be visible as we can see the start of the mag well. Many other weapons suffer from this when dual wielded.
See? They obviously have the right side fully modeled as well.
General Brand with the M107. When he uses it earlier in this cutscene, a bolt cycling sound can be heard after each shot.
Hand Held M134 Minigun
The Hand Held M134 Minigun, a Serious Sam staple, is present, referred to as the "XM214-A Minigun."
handheld M134 Minigun with 'Chainsaw grip' to handle the recoil force. This variant was seen in Terminator 2: Judgement Day
. This is an airsoft version which retains the half-circle attachment point for the M60 foregrip from Predator
; the real T2 minigun did not have this - (fake) 7.62x51mm NATO
Name another game that hands you a Minigun with 1500 bullets and unleashes thousands of enemies at you in the opening seconds...
Sam fights the first boss of the game - the Saggitarian Sidewinder. It is there to teach the most important tactic in every Serious Sam game; never forget to circlestrafe during combat.
Sam receives the Minigun from a friendly old lady in the Vatican.
Browning M2 MG
Browning M2s are seen mounted on Humvees.
Sam finds a Browning M2 mounted on a Humvee in the French countryside.
Jones mans the M2 during the intro cinematic.
The M240C is seen mounted on M1A1 Abrams tanks during the final battle for Earth.
M240C vehicle coaxial-mount version - 7.62x51mm NATO
Sam climbs up on an Abrams tank during the final chapter.
M230 Chain Gun
Basic, low detail M230 Chain Guns are visible on the Technopolyp Helicopter enemies, which are basically Apaches infected with some off-world parasites.
Hughes/Alliant Techsystems M230 chain gun - 30x113mm B
A Technopolyp arriving to annoy Sam from above.
The GP-25 is an unlockable attachment for the Mossberg 590, because it is 2020 and the new Serious Sam game has to have weapon mods, side quests and a skill tree.
Sam pumping the Mossberg gives a good look of the low-detail GP-25 launcher. This shotgun + grenade launcher combo may seem crazy, but it is nothing compared to the black hole grenades or the gun that shoots heat-seeking high explosive chainsaws.
Sam reloads the GP-25 which is correctly depicted to use caseless grenades. An impressive 75 grenades can be carried for it.
