In the Season 2 finale "Paradise Lost" (S2E23), Jonas takes out a Walther PPK/S from a rodent station and gives it to his wife Molly (Regina Taylor). The pistol is actually a Brixia 8mm Walther Blank Firing Pistol.
As stated by MoviePropMaster2008, "I just checked the lower image against the one I have. Brixia Arms used to make this type of blank gun about 10 years ago, but their quality was pretty bad. There 'might' be some available, but the majority of the 8mm theatrical blank firing PPKs on the market now are made by Kimar or Voltran. What tips it off, is the writing on the slide (it is identical to the markings on my Brixia Nickel plated Walther PPK theatrical blank gun) and the hole drilled in the top of the barrel (where the ejection port is). This hole allows the flash from the blank round to fire upwards since the barrel is blocked, this is an Italian police Brixia 8mm as I have an identical one, also the magazine is a thin single-stack type that only holds those skinny 8mm blank rounds."

A Hotchkiss "Type Universal" is briefly seen in "The Broom Cupboard" (S2E12). While the Hotchkiss is a French weapon, it's implied that the US government is supplying the rebels with them.
Rifles/Carbines
Colt M4A1
M4A1 carbines are used by all members of the Unit, often with a 40mm M203 grenade launcher, and with an optical sight (normally the Trijicon ACOG, Aimpoint CompM2 and/or EOTech 552 Holographic sight). Sometimes they switch with HK416s.
Mack "Dirt Diver" Gerhardt (Max Martini) armed with his M4 with red dot sight in "Bait" (S2E10).
Sergeant Wallace (Myk Watford) is armed with an M4A1 fitted with an M203 grenade launcher in "Dark of the Moon" (S2E17).

In "Natural Selection" (S2E08), Bob uses an unusual variant of the M16 during his Unit selection training. It appears to be neither an A1 or A2, as it has an upper receiver with A1 sights and the heavier-profile A2 barrel with A2 handguards. It most resembles a Model 715 (Canadian C7), but until a better shot of the right side of the receiver comes along or the episode's armorer himself states, a definitive ID is impossible.
Heckler & Koch HK416
One of the rifles that Unit members use is the Heckler & Koch HK416 in the the D10RS sub-variant with a 10-inch barrel. Grey and Jonas both use 416s with ACOG scopes mounted on M4 carrying handles in the Season 2 finale "Paradise Lost" (S2E23). The others usually have the EOTech 552 Holographic sight attached.
Grey fires his HK416 fitted with scope and tactical light in "Paradise Lost" (S2E23). Throughout the series, ACOG scopes are always seen attached to rifles via carrying handle mounts (with the exception of "Dedication" (S1E07)) as opposed to simply using the rails. Apparently, the show's armorers didn't have any RIS mounts available throughout the show's run.
Sa vz. 58 V
In "Bait" (S2E10), the Georgian rebels who hold Jonas hostage are armed with the Sa vz. 58 V.
The rifle is seen in the hands of Commander Shelov (Chance Kelly) in "Bait" (S2E10).
AK Variants
AKMSU
AKMSU carbines (AKM rifles converted with Krinkov parts kits and AKS-74U side-folding stocks) are used in several episodes.
Custom AKMS
The custom short-barreled AKMS/Type 56-1 seen in Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and Rambo is used by Bob in "Extreme Rendition" (S2E02).

It is should be noted that Jonas recognized the sound of a "7.62" shot distinctly over the enemy sniper's weapon to recognize it as one of their own (hinting that these are supposed to be standing in for SR-25 rifles. The fact that they use 20-round magazines further supports this theory. The problem is that all of their rifles fire 5.56x45mm, including the man they were rescuing, who clearly is using an M16A4. At the beginning of the episode, Bob trains a group of Unit recruits who are all using these rifles. Prop wise, these are probably the same ones used later in the episodes by the rest of the Unit cast out in the field. While they are usually seen fired in semi-auto mode, Mack fires a burst of 5-10 rounds, proving that these rifles are in fact capable of full-auto fire. It's worth noting that the sound signature of the "7.62" that Jonas recognized was much beefier than that of a 5.56x45mm round.
Cheyenne Tactical M-200 Intervention
Two Cheyenne Tactical M-200 Interventions are used by Bob Brown and Hector Williams to engage enemy targets in "Dark of the Moon" (S2E17).

Technical Adviser Eric Hane demonstrates the Cheyenne Tactical M-200 Intervention to Scott Foley (Bob Brown). Haney originally wanted the .50 caliber Barrett to be used, but Armorer Roland Bleitz opted to use the M-200, likely because that's what was on hand.
SVD Dragunov
The terrorist Zjhokar (Sven Holmberg) is seen with an SVD Dragunov in "Bait" (S2E10).

M203 Grenade Launcher
Hector is also seen leading a group of US Army soldiers who are armed with M16A2 rifles fitted with M203 grenade launchers in "Dark of the Moon" (S2E17).
Chinese Type 69 RPG
Several Type 69 launchers are used throughout the series. In "Dark of the Moon" (S2E17), Jonas takes one from a fallen tribal warrior and uses it during the enemy onslaught. Both examples seen here are the Chinese Type 69 launchers (the Chinese version of the Soviet RPG-7). The biggest difference is that the Chinese RPG has only one pistol grip. The second hand has to grasp a carry handle on top of the launcher. The Type 69s in the series have PGO-7 scopes mounted on the launcher.

"Dark of the Moon" Uniforms
Two "regular Army" soldiers with their M16A2s in "Dark of the Moon" (S2E17). Note several things about the uniforms: the helmet worn by the soldier on the right does not appear to be the ACH/MICH TC-2000 or anything similar. Also note that the soldier on the right does not have helmet straps in addition to his helmet cover being on backwards. The Rhinomount baseplate on the other soldier's helmet is not installed correctly. The soldiers' ACUs also lack the IR tabs or even the IR tab covers; another interesting thing is that they wear the patch of the 23rd "Americal" Infantry Division, a unit that has been inactive since 1971 (though the use of an inactive Army unit was likely on purpose).
